Quiet game for the Schalke man yet he had to be very alert to make a point blank save from Halil Altintop. Superb reactions.
The Bayern youngster made a number of vital blocks and interceptions. Did well to make a last ditch challenge on Halil Altintop in the first-half, otherwise the game could of been very different.
Solid game for the Hamburg defender. Didn't put a foot wrong throughout defensively and supported the German midfield well.
Man of the match. Indiiferent start to the season for the Bayern but he was at his best tonight. The captain was solid defensively and supported the attack superbly throughout. Brilliant ball into the box which led to Germany's opener and he played a great pass to Ozil to kill the game off.
The giant defender had a decent game. Unsurprisingly won the majority of balls in the air and looked comfortable with the ball at his feet. Lack of concentration nearly let Halil Altintop in for an equaliser early in the second-half.
Solid performance for the youngster who was given the unenviable task of deputising for Bastian Schweinsteiger. Passed the ball well and wasn't afraid to have a shot on goal, even if a lot of them failed to hit the target.
The Real Madrid playmaker was a class act when called upon. Took his goal brilliantly in a game where he was booed by the Turkish supporters.
Really has made the defensive midfield role his own. Controlled the tempo of Germany's play and even looked to get forward when possible. Good performance.
Did what he is asked to do, score. The veteran striker was a nuisance for the Turkey defence and was well placed for both of his goals. Class act for Germany, as always.
The young Bayern man was a tricky customer for the Turkish defence. Had a number of efforts on goal but failed to really test Demirel.
The Koeln man worked very hard throughout but was not at his best. His game was summed up late on when he missed an open goal.
Very poor game for the 'keeper. Looked shaky on crosses throughout and his dreadful clearance allowed Klose to add Germany's third goal of the game.
The right-sided defender had a fairly decent game and dealt with the tricky Podolski well for the majority of the game. Could of got forward more though.
The versatile wing-back is known for his attacking prowess but struggled to support the Turkish attack.
The 29-year-old centre-half suffered a head injury in the first-half and in hindsight he will probably wish he had gone off injured. He and Erdogan were picked apart by the German attack as the game went on.
The veteran Bursaspor defender looked solid in the first half but as the game went on, he and Cetin found themselves being drawn out of position by Germany's tricky attack.
The experienced midfielder played fairly well but struggled to get a grip on the midfield as Germany overran the Turks. Faded as the game went on.
The debutante looked a little out of his depth at times and failed to get the best of the Germany defence.
The midfielder was hard-working throughout and was unlucky not to provide an assist for his brother early in the second-half.
After a bright opening ten minutes the Dortmund man faded badly. The German-born creative midfielder struggled to get on the ball and when he did he failed to make the most of possession.
The striker struggled for support upfront on his own. Missed Turkey's only real chance early in the second-half before later making way for Senturk.

The Stuttgart man looked comfortable on the ball and perhaps should of added another goal to the German tally, his effort going over the bar from 15 yards.
The tricky youngster entered the game with only a few minutes to go and was unable to get into the game.

The Stoke City man's introduction on the half hour mark originally looked like a good decision as he was lively as Turkey attacked. However the support striker faded as the game went on and was unable to create any opportunities for his country.
Entered the game with just over 10 minutes to go, replacing the disappointing Sahin. However, failed to get near the German midfield as the home side comfortably saw the game out.
The Fenerbahce man replaced the misfiring Halil Altintop in the second half but failed to deliver.
