  • Mike Dean calls time on a very entertainging London derby. Fulham have surrendered their unbeaten start to the season with a contraversial 2-1 defeat against Tottenham. Tom Huddlestone's winner was initially ruled out for offside but after consultation the goal was given and Tottenham walk away with a deserved victory from Craven Cottage.
  • 90' + 2'
Spurs trying to play keep ball whenever they get it now. Van der Vaart and Lennon running rings around Salcido in the corner.
  • 90'
Four added minutes for Fulham to find an equaliser. Many of the fans are already heading for the exits though.
  • 87'
Everone back behind the ball for Spurs as Fulham pile on the pressure. Very little to show for the pressure thus far.
  • 85'
    Yellow CardClint Dempsey
  • 84'
    SubstitutionJonathan Greening Eddie Johnson
  • 84'
Dempsey has been booked for persistent fouling and becomes only the second booking of a London derby. What has the world come to?
  • 83'
Mark Hughes is gambling now, Greening is being brought off with USA striker Eddie Johnson coming on in his place.
  • 82'
Another big chance for Kamara, another big miss from the Fulham striker. Easily Fulham's best move of the game as Kelly neatly plays a one-two with Greening on the right hand side. Kelly then slides in his striker who hits the ball into row Z from 12 yards out.
  • 79'
Another good chance for Spurs. Lennon's poor corner is hit straight back to him and he sweeps the ball to Modric who first time flicks it to Hutton at the edge of the area. Hutton's sidefoot shot is saved at the near post by Schwarzer.
  • 76'
The Fulham fans have gone a bit flat at the moment. Fulham try and stop that with a flowing move as Davies collects the ball from the right and crosses only for Gomes and Hutton to get mixed up. The ball lands at Salcido's feet who could have taken another touch and lashes wide.
  • 75'
    SubstitutionMousa Dembele Zoltán Gera
  • 75'
Demebele looks as though he's struggling with his hip injury and is going to be brought off to be replaced by Zoltan Gera who receives a rapturous reception from the Fulham faithful.
  • 74'
Big chance. A Fulham free kick is cleared only as far as Dempsey who puts the ball back into the box and finds Kamara unmarked. He was onside and tamely put his shit into the hands of Gomes. Poor effort.
  • 70'
    SubstitutionRoman Pavlyuchenko Peter Crouch
  • 70'
Fulham just can't get hold of the ball at the moment they need to drastically change something or Tottenham might run riot. Van der Vaart is pulling the strings at the moment.
  • 69'
Pavluychenko has put a decent shift in and will be pleased with the goal he scored. He is replaced by Peter Crouch
  • 68'
Panic stations at the back for Fulham as Tottenham sweep the ball from side to side with ease. Assou-Ekotto crosses the ball in and Salcido clears it straight into the air. Cue legs flailing everywhere in an attempt to clear. Replays clearly show Huddlestone changing the mind of referee Dean!
  • 63'
    GoalTom Huddlestone
  • 63'
I was lead to believe that the referee's decision was final?! Apparently not, Huddlestone strikes the ball from 25 yards and finds the bottom corner but the linesman's flag is raised and the goal disallowed. Huddlestone however remonstrates with the referee and manages to change his mind. Mike Dean then consulsts with his linesman and a goal is given. Gallas was definitely in an offside position when the ball was struck but was he active? If the officials don't know then how are we supposed to?
  • 62'
Van der Vaart is trying to drop as deep as possible to get the ball now, it's allowing plenty of space for the Spurs wide men to move into.
  • 57'
Tottenham starting to control proceedings now. Assou-Ekotto finds Pavluychenko who cushions the ball and plays inside for Lennon his first touch puts him through on goal but his shot is tamely hit at Schwarzer. Straight after Van der Vaart skips a couple of challenges to find Bale down the left who fires a shot towards Schwarzer who smothers the ball.
  • 56'
Corner comes across from Davies and finds the head of Baird. Direction could and should have been better as he heads it straight at Gomes.
  • 53'
Space is opening up for Spurs on the wings now as crosses are coming in thick and fast. Hutton finds himself with lots of space and sends in an inviting cross which is partially dealt with by Hangeland. The resultant corner comes to nothing.
  • 52'
    SubstitutionDanny Murphy Stephen Kelly
  • 51'
Danny Murphy has been taken off with an injury. Stephen Kelly comes on at right back and Chris Baird will move into a central midfield role alongside Greening.
  • 48'
Modric has moved to a more central role and Tottenham are putting much more empahsis on getting crosses in know. Hutton picks up a loose clearance. and plays it into the back post where it is met by Van der Vaart's side-foot Schwarzer does well to get across and block with his legs.
  • 46'
    SubstitutionSandro Aaron Lennon
  • 45'
Aaron Lennon is brought on instead of Sandro. Unsurprising considering the young Brazilian being on a booking.
  • The whistle brings the first half to a finish. Very entertaining action here at Craven Cottage with Tottenham equalising just a minute after Fulham had taken the lead. Only sour note is that Ledley King has been forced off with what looks like another knee injury.

  • 44'
    SubstitutionLedley King S. Bassong
  • 43'
Just saw a replay of the King Injury and it looks like his troublesome knee again. He tries to stretch for the ball and pulls up, the gamble to play hasn't paid off and Sebastian Bassong comes on to replace him.
  • 42'
Ledley King has pulled up with an injury and is limping quite a bit. Ball gets played towards him and Kamara takes advantage by bringing it down with an instant turn and shot from 20 yards. Gomes had to be alert to save.
  • 38'
Van der Vaart tries to catch Schwarzer out with a free wide out on the touchline. The Australian just manages to scramble across and hold onto the ball.
  • 35'
Pavluychenko bbrings the loose ball down 25 yards out and showing no shortage in confidence, strikes it on the half volley. Unsurprisingly the ball was lashed over. Very entertaining London derby here.
  • 32'
The saying goes you're always at your most vulnerable just after scoring. Tottenham keep hold of the ball and an aimless ball in is fought for by Van der Vaart. The dutchman tries an outrageous chip from 12 yards only for the ball to strike the bar and fall right into the path of waiting striker Pavluychenko. 1-1.

Just after a big shout for hand ball against Alan Hutton. Dempsey brilliantly brings down a ball and then finds Kamara for a tap-in at the back post. 1-0 Fulham.
  • 27'
For the first time in the game Fulham try and pass the ball along the ground. Simon Davies ghosts past Huddlestone and Sandro before laying off to Murphy. His pass finds Salcido on the left wing who cuts inside and strikers from 25 yards just over the bar. A sign of things to come from Fulham perhaps...

Sandro is walking on a tight rope at the moment he commits another foul and will be lucky to stay on the field for 90 minutes if he carries on.
  • 23'
    Yellow CardSandro
  • 22'
Sandro rashly dives in on Simon Davies for the second time in two minutes and is booked. Free Kick in a dangerous position. A terrible clearance from Modric is played into the feet of Murphy down the right. With Fulham players queuing up at the back post Murphy floats a cross in only for Hughes to header it harmlessly wide.
  • 19'
Too many long balls being played by Fulham at the moment. Their game plan of using the pace of the two strikers seems to be playing into Tottenham's hands.
  • 16'
Fulham have finally got to grips with the pace of the game and are winning the ball in the middle of the park. Too much yo-yo football for the moment though.
  • 13'
Fulham finally get the ball in Tottenham's half and Kamara works hard to gain a corner. Davies' corner comes in and a free header from Kamara is missed wide of the goal. That should have been 1-0 to Fulham.
  • 10'
Too easy. Van der Vaart is pressed hard by Fulham, who leave Sandro alone. The Dutchman finds his team mate and Sandro is allowed to run ten yards and get a strike on goal that goes harmlessly wide. Fulham have to be careful now.
  • 8'
Fulham can't keep hold of the ball at the moment, they are being pressed immensely by Tottenham. Tottenham on the other hand are pushing Fulham deeper and deeper into their own half.
  • 5'
First big chance of the half. Inevitably it goes through Bale. His brilliant first time cross is brought down excellently by Pavluychenko and his shot is just dragged wide of Schwarzer's post. All Tottenham right now.
  • 3'
Tottenham having much of the play early on. It's already looking like Fulham have set-up trying not to lose. They are trying to catch Tottenham on the break with the pace of Dembele and Kamara.
  • 1'
Fulham get the game underway. Danny Murphy getting a great reception from the crowd. Big show of support from his supporters!
  • Ledley King surprisingly included in the Spurs starting line-up given their important trip to Inter Milan in mid-week
  • For thos of you purists out there, this game could be for you as three of the last six meetings between these two have ended in 0-0 draws!
  • The last time Mark Hughes experienced a loss as a manager was way back in December 2009 whilst still in charge of Manchester City. The opponents were Tottenham. Hughes will be hoping that isn't a bad omen for today.
