FULL TIME! It's over at Craven Cottage with the scoreline standing at 5-2. It's been a spectacular second half fight back from Fulham as they catch the away side with several quick breaks. The Cottagers achieved great success with balls down the channels through Johnson and Dempsey, and Zamora improved following a poor second half to receive the ball near the Newcastle box. For all their possession the Magpies created few clear chances and paid for it in the second half.
90' + 5'
Ryan Taylor blasts a late freekick well wide.
Dempsey is taken off for youngster Kerim Frei to receive the applause of the home crowd following his hat-trick.
Assist Bobby Zamora

Goal Hatem Ben Arfa
Ben Arfa gets a goal back for Newcastle after getting round Riise one-on-one down the right hand side of the box and blasting a powerful shot in at the near post.
Johnson is offside after receiving Dempsey's flick on. The American could have been through on goal himself had he held on to Zamora's pass.
Gutierrez shoots from long distance but his strike is saved by Stockdale.
Ben Arfa threatens with a mazy dribble on the edge of the Fulham box but his pass goes astray.
Fulham win a throw in after Coloccini knocks out a long ball to Zamora down the right. After the throw Zamora's shot deflects into the path of the offside Johnson.
James Perch comes on for Danny Guthrie to give fresh legs in the center of the park.
The referee plays advantage after Murphy pulls back Gutierrez, but the play ends when a free kick is awarded to Fulham after a tangle between Gutierrez and John Arne Riise.
Ameobi is offside after putting the ball in the net following intricate play from his fellow forwards.
Assist Andy Johnson
Andy Johnson wins a penalty after going round Mike Williamson only for Krul to bring him down. Johnson's pace has made a major difference.
Penalty Goal Bobby Zamora
Zamora converts the penalty hitting it down the centre as Krul dives to his right.
Yellow Card Tim Krul
Assist Bobby Zamora
Goal Clint Dempsey
Goal for Dempsey! Johnson controls a long ball into the path of Zamora, who slides a pass in for Dempsey running into the box from the left for him to slot past Krul. A good goal.
Yellow Card Danny Simpson
Yellow Card Danny Guthrie
Danny Guthrie collects a yellow card after fouling Clint Dempsey with a sliding tackle. Danny Simpson is booked also for dissent. The squared free kick is closed down quickly and is blasted wide by Chris Baird, who has hit some screamers in the past.
Assist Bobby Zamora
Goal Clint Dempsey
Goal for Clint Dempsey! Andy Johnson spins around his marker on the centre circle and runs at the Newcastle defence. He passes to Zamora on his right, who controls the ball and shoots, forcing a save from Krul. Unfortunately for the away side Dempsey is on hand to bundle in the finish.
Fulham are looking much the better with a more direct approach after their transition to a 4-4-2. They have broken well down the flanks, and stretched the away side with the pace of Johnson.
Krul saves after Zamora flashes the ball at the goal at a tight angle by the left post of the goal. Baird follows up with a powerful shot that is deflected for another corner.
Fulham win a corner after Zamora's cross from the right is blocked from reaching Johnson's path.
Leon Best cuts in from the left and shoots wide from long distance.
Assist Damien Duff
Penalty Goal Danny Murphy

Duff gets inside Santon on the end of a long ball from Danny Murphy and is fouled to win a penalty.
Damien Duff cuts in on his left foot from the right hand side, and shoots a rocket over the bar.
And the second half is underway! Chris Baird appears in place of Bryan Ruiz alongside Danny Murphy in what would appear a more natural 4-4-2 formation.
The home side will be demoralised after surviving all of Newcastle's possession and Senderos' jitters until just before half time. Jol's decision to replace Sidwell with forward Bryan Ruiz in central midfield will come under scrutiny, after the Costa Rican gave the ball away in central midfield for Guthrie's goal. The substitution took a substantial risk with the goal of Ruiz's technique helping retain possession, and it did not work out.
HALF TIME! The whistle has blown for half time after an eventful few minutes. Newcastle take a deserved lead into the dressing room following a dominant first half after Danny Guthrie's powerful shot flew past Stockdale. The home side have struggled badly in the first half as Alan Pardew's pressing tactics paid off. The Magpies matched Fulham's 4-3-3 formation man for man, and with Sidwell struggling with an injury and Moussa Dembele missing the home side were unable to support Danny Murphy and retain possession.
45' + 1'
Yellow Card Davide Santon
Andy Johnson is put through down the left hand side and brought down by Santon for a free kick beyond the half way line. Johnson's pace would have put him through on goal but the distance from goal of the offence would have counted in Newcastle's favour as Santon is only given a yellow card.
Assist Hatem Ben Arfa
Goal Danny Guthrie
Goal for Newcastle! Danny Guthrie shoots powerfully with his left foot into the top right corner of the goal 30 yards out on the edge of the box. Stockdale dives at full stretch to his left but cannot get a hand on it.
The goal came after Bryan Ruiz, moved into a central midfield role by Martin Jol, attempted to dribble past his markers after getting the ball from his defenders. Yohan Cabaye combined to dispossess him and the ball broke to Hatem Ben Arfa who passed to Guthrie to shoot.
Ameobi runs at Fulham's back line and hits a well-struck, low, swerving shot which Stockdale saves diving to his left.
Striker Andy Johnson comes on in place of Central midfielder Steve Sidwell, who appeared to be struggling after a collision with Ameobi. Johnson's pace is giving them the pace needed to threaten in behind Newcastle's defensive line. But Fulham's attacking substitution could open the game up for Newcastle.
Fulham enjoy their best spell of possession in a while, the highlight of which is Clint Dempsey's run and slided pass to Zamora who cannot get on the end of it.
Coloccini takes the best chance of the match so far, hitting a cross on the half volley into Stockdale from the edge of the six yard box.
Newcastle press Fulham as they attempt to play out from the back, and win the ball, going on to force a corner.
Cabaye shoots wide to end a long spell of possession for the Magpies.
Senderos head a cross out for a corner after a communication breakdown with Stockdale.
The Cottagers are struggling to threaten going forward. Zamora has so far struggled to make anything of the long balls hit his way, and the home side look to be missing Moussa Dembele.
Newcastle work space for Gutierrez on the left edge of the box and his floated cross is met by Ameobi who heads over.
Newcastle have looked the better side so far. Danny Murphy has been closed down and Fulham have struggled for possession with Danny Murphy closed down. Time on the ball is left to Senderos who must start to take on the responsibility.
Jonas Gutierrez dances around Steve Sidwell in the centre of the park and passes to Ben Arfa, who cuts past Senderos and shoots. Stockdale parries diving to his left.
The home crowd groan as Kelly's pass into Zamora goes astray, like many other of the Cottagers' attempts to reach their forward line.
Davide Santon gets around Stephen Kelly at right back and gets a low cross into the box but it is cleared.
Shola Ameobi gets on to Cabaye's cross and heads towards goal but it is saved by Stockdale.
Phillippe Senderos gives away a corner after showing indecision over whether to head back to keeper Stockdale or head away. It looked like it could have been an own goal.
It's been a quiet start so far at Craven Cottage. Alan Pardew has arranged his Newcastle side in a 4-3-3 to match Fulham's formation meaning neither side's players have had much time on the ball. The Magpies have pressed effectively and the London side have not yet been able to reach Bobby Zamora accurately with long balls.
Brede Hangeland's pass is intercepted by Yohan Cabaye who passes to Hatem Ben Arfa. Ben Arfa's ball into the on-running striker is caught by Stockdale.
Stockdale's goal kick sails the full length of the pitch and the bounce very nearly deceives Tim Krul who nearly gives away a corner. The wind is noticeable as Krul's kicks struggle for distance on occasion.
Yohan Cabaye shoots from the edge of the box but his curving effort is caught by David Stockdale.
And we're off at Craven Cottage!
Alan Pardew names Hatem Ben Arfa in place of Ryan Taylor who is named on the bench. Leon Best starts again up front after scoring the winner against QPR alongside Shola Ameobi, with Demba Ba and new signing Papiss Cisse absent in the African Nations Cup.
