Full-time! Everton get the three points and move into the top four of the Premier League! The Toffees were 3-0 up at half-time, thanks to two goals from Lukaku and one from Barkley, but a wonder-strike from Cabaye and a late effort from Remy set-up a nervy finish in the second. However, Martinez's men held on for yet another home win and jump above Chelsea into the Champions League places.

NEWCASTLE GO CLOSE! The ball falls kindly for Remy and he lashes a volley at goal - but it goes just over the bar.

We've got four added minutes for Everton to hold on for.
GOAL! Everton could be in for a nervy finish as Remy pokes home to make it 3-2! The Frenchman capitalises on some sluggish Toffees defending as he races and beats Howard to a bouncing ball, before knocking the ball into the net from close range.
Barkley comes off to rapturous applause from the Goodison faithful, Steven Naismith his replacement.
Baines plays Deulofeu in down the left with a fantastic ball in behind but Debuchy gets back and makes a superb challenge to deny the youngster a shot at goal.
But Cabaye's effort is blocked by the wall and then the Magpies are foced backwards.
Cabaye lets fly from way out once more and the shot is only stopped by the arms of Barry. Free-kick to Newcastle ...
Gerard Deulofeu skips past Santon with ease but can't pick out a blue jersey in the middle. The ball falls to Baines but his low drive flashes just past the post.
Tiote tries a shot at goal from way out but it's tame and Howard gathers the ball with ease.
Yellow CardGareth Barry
But the left-back fires it well over the bar - perhaps it was a bit too close.
Tiote trips Coleman on the edge of the Newcastle penalty area and Everton have a free-kick in a great position. Up steps Baines ...
Barkley wastes a decent opening by smashing the ball into the stands - he had Lukaku in a good position, too.
Cries of handball from the Everton fans as Coloccini clears up a loose bouncing ball, but the referee says play on. It looked the right decision.
Cabaye almost finds Loic Remy with a delightful ball over the top but the striker can't quite get on the end of it - the former QPR man should have done better there.
Lukaku has a great chance to complete his hat-trick but lashes the ball high and wide from close range.
Baines breaks forward with a brilliant run but can't quite carve out a chance. Lukaku then has an opening but Krul saves the low shot.
Mike Williamson makes two important blocks on the edge of the visitors' box, firstly from Lukaku and then from Osman. Both were hit powerfully but he didn't even flinch. Tough man.
A Sylvain Distin sliced clearance nearly allows Moussa Sissoko in but Baines is on hand to cut the Newcastle man off.
Lukaku finds himself in space on the left flank and does well to get a low cross in, after his initial attempt is blocked, but Fabricio Coloccini clears it.
A decent run from Anita, in which he leaves Barry for dead, ends in a left-footed effort at goal, however Howard gathers it with ease.
Yellow CardCheikh Tiote
Osman works a yard of space for himself outside the Newcastle penalty area but shoots off-target.
Down the other end Barkley tests Krul, but the Magpies keeper gets down low and makes a neat save.
GOAL! Cabaye fires a rocket past Howard and Newcastle have a glimmer of hope! The Frenchman picks up the ball well outside the Everton box, looks up and smashes it into the top corner.
Down the other end Mirallas fires in a cross from the right which Krul flaps at a bit, it then falls to Osman just a yard out but he can't quite get enough on the ball.
POST! Yoan Gouffran gets in behind the Everton defence and dinks the ball over the outrushing Howard - but he sees it come back out off the upright.
Hatem Ben Arfa
And we're back underway.
There goes the half-time whistle, with Everton leading 3-0 and in total control. Lukaku opened the scoring very early on, after great work from Mirallas on the right, before the striker turned provider as he set-up Barkley for the Toffees second. Then, after some abysmal Newcastle defending, the Chelsea loanee pounced to bag their third. It's all too easy for the hosts, really, with Pardew's men with a lot of work to do.
45' + 4'
Hatem Ben Arfa tests Howard with a decent low strike from outside the Everton penalty area, but the keeper is equal to it and pushes the ball away.
45' + 2'
Jagielka cuts out another ball into the box with some good positioning - Everton may be flying up top but they're also looking solid at the back.
Four minutes of added time at Goodison.
Yellow CardKevin Mirallas
The ball nearly breaks for Barkley to unleash an effort from the edge of the Newcastle box, but the defender just about gets there in time and clears the ball.
Lukaku is denied a hat-trick by the offside flag! Osman plays him in behind but just has he fires home once more the linesman, rightly, gives offside.
Five minutes left in the first half, but surely it's game over already? The visitors are still struggling to even string a couple of passes together.
GOAL! It's 3-0 to Everton and Lukaku has his second! Howard hoofs the ball up the field and, with Newcastle's defence - including Krul - failing to deal with it, the striker is left to beat one man and smash the ball into the empty net.
Newcastle get into a decent position but Vurnon Anita's cross is poor and Tim Howard collects it.
But the delivery is cleared and Osman's follow-up is blocked.
Yanga-Mbiwa gives away a needless foul inside his own half - Baines will deliver this free-kick for Everton ...
Phil Jagielka picks out Leighton Baines with a massive cross-field ball - the full-back getting up the pitch at every opportunity - but his touch is poor and the move breaks down.
The hosts are absolutely cruising here - it's a big ask for Alan Pardew's men turn this around now.
GOAL! Barkley puts Everton 2-0 up! Lukaku turns provider as he plays his teammate through on goal, the midfielder has enough acceleration to beat Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa to the ball before calmly finishing past Krul.
Everton are dominating proceedings here, with Newcastle unable to get anywhere near the ball.
Seamus Coleman breaks down the right with a powerful run - his cross is put behind but Newcastle clear the corner, before the full-back fires off-target from way out.
Yellow CardLeighton Baines
Another chance for Everton as James McCarthy picks Cheik Tiote's pocket before testing Krul, but the keeper parries the ball clear. Osman tries a cheeky lob after the rebound, but misses the target.
Everton are stroking the ball around really nicely in midfield, Gareth Barry, Leon Osman and Barkley exchanging passes in a series of triangles. No more chances as of yet, though.
What a start we've had on Merseyside, then, with both sides going for it at the moment. Let's hope for more goals!
Chance for Everton! Lukaku tees up Barkley who fires a vicious strike towards goal, but it bends away from Krul and goes just wide.
GOAL! Lukaku puts Everton 1-0 after a flowing move! It's Mirallas who sets up the goal after more good work on the right, beating Davide Santon before picking out his fellow countryman in the middle who sweeps it home.
Kevin Mirallas plays a lovely one-two with Lukaku to beat his man on the right flank, but the Belgian winger then wastes the opportunity to cross with a poor touch.
Early disallowed goal for Everton! Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley combine well deep in the Newcastle half before the forward beats Tim Krul and rolls the ball into the empty net - but the flag is raised.
And we're underway.
Didn't get them? Google it. Meanwhile, we're just under five minutes away from kick-off on Merseyside, with Everton looking to jump into the top four with a win. Will they do it? We're about to find out ...
Now, Everton midfielder Gareth Barry will join the 500 club this evening with the England international set to become the 10th player to reach a half-millennia of Premier League appearances. A little teaser - can you name the other nine?
