Croatia win Aggregate 3 - 0

Turkey continue their passing game. They have had the majority of possession in both legs but defensive lapses have been their undoing.
The excellent Vukojevic has been replaced by Eduardo as Croatia look to eat up the clock by making their last change of the match.
Most of the players look weary in possession now. The passing is getting sloppy for both sides but it will not matter now.
Croatia have everyone behind the ball now. They have saw they game out very comfortably this evening. It has been an extremely professional and disciplined performance.
Yellow Card Selçuk İnan
Rakitic blats a shot at goal from the edge of the box that looks destined for the top corner but Egemem just nicks the ball with his head and sends the ball out for a corner kick!
Srna with plenty of room to run down the wing and he does so at speed! Newly introduced substitute Jelavic was free in the box but the Croatia captain opts to shoot but his attempt is blocked!
Nice one-two from Rakitic and Mandzukic on the edge of the box which sees the Sevilla midfielder through on goal but Bolat makes an excellent save at his feet! Pacey counter attack from Croatia there!
Croatia have delved back into their own half again and Turkey continue to keep possession. The home side look to be shutting up shop for the rest of the match.
Strong run down the left from Perisic that took the pressure off his side as Turkey were attacking, but Serkan Balci had enough of a head start to win back possession and pass back to Bolat.
Nice break from Croatia. Modric sprays the ball out to Perisic who drives forward and exchanges a one-two with Pranjic before miss-kicking his left-footed shot in the box! Turkey let off the hook!
Croatia now on the ascendancy and Turkey are defending slightly deeper. The game becoming much more open in the last few minutes!
So close for Turkey!! Gokhan Tore cuts inside and lays the ball off for Altintop who drags a shot over to the left-hand post and it hits the woodwork! Pletikosa may have got a finger to that there! Great save!
Almost an instant impact from Perisic, he hits a shot from the edge of the box that looked goal bound but it deflects off Koybashi for a Croatia corner.
Croatia make their first change of the match as Ivica Olic is replaced by Perisic up front.
Yellow Card Hamit Altıntop
Outstanding play on the left wing from Modric, he cheekily nutmegged Kazim-Richards before being fouled by Altintop with a cynical foul. The pressure has been taken of Croatia now. Excellent run by Modric.
Excellent closing down from Bulut as he bears down on a back pass to Pletikosa from Srna and earns a corner kick for his side.
Turkey upping the tempo of their game now, they are playing the ball around at a higher pace and Croatia are looking vulnerable for the first time in both matches. Can Turkey grab a goal to make the last 35 minutes of the game very interesting?
The game just opening up slightly now, Croatia poured men forward for a set-piece and Turkey counter attacked at pace. The ball came to Kazim-Richards who drove into the box but took too much time on the ball and Croatia managed to clear.
Croatia just letting Turkey play the ball about at their own pace, they are sitting very deep in their own half and soaking up pressure.
Turkey start the second half by bossing the possession again. However, they will simply have to increase the tempo of their play as Croatia are regrouping very quickly whenever Guus Hiddink's men have the ball.
Croatia kick-off the second half. The hosts still have a 3-0 aggregate lead over Turkey and Guus Hiddink's men have showed little in both legs so far. Slaven Bilic's men are comfortably heading to Poland and Ukraine as things stand.
Half time in Zagreb. Croatia's three goal advantage from the first leg is still holding comfortably and it will take a momentous fight back from Turkey for them to have a chance of qualifying. Join us in 15 minutes for the second period!
45' + 2'
Yellow Card Egemen Korkmaz
45' + 2'
Yellow Card Mario Mandzukic
Croatia just enjoying a good period of possession at the moment, they are in absolutely no rush and are patiently playing passes to each other in the midfield area, much to the frustration of Turkey.
Rakitic and Olic link up down the left and the Bayern Munich man sneaks into the box before sending a pass to the back post for Srna but the Croatia captain fires the ball over the bar with his weaker foot!
Turkey have had the majority of possession in the match much like the first leg, but they have not showed nearly enough quality in the final third and Croatia remain very comfortable.
Gokhan Tore cleverly nods down a ball to Altintop on the edge of the Croatia box but the Real Madrid man blasts well over the bar. His technique was all wrong there.
Olic drives down the right and picks a pass out to Mandzukic, who takes a poor first touch in the box and blasts over! Modric was standing free ready for a pass there!
Srna sends a pass through on goal for Mandzukic but Egemem makes a brilliant challenge to clear the ball away. The Croatia forward was eventually flagged as offside but it was still good defending from the Turkey defender.
Fantastic tackle from Vukojevic on Altintop about ten yards from the Croatia goal. The Turkey captain was looking to turn quickly but the midfielder stretched out to make an excellently timed tackle.
Good interplay from Modric and Srna down the right-hand side, exchanging a neat one-two, but it Koybasi recovered well to get in and make the tackle on the Croatia captain.
Modric picks up the ball in midfield and drives forward and sends the ball out to Rakitic on the left, who gives the ball back to the Tottenham midfielder, who then twists and turns before lashing the ball along the six yard box but Bulut managed to smother the ball.
Not a lot of quality on display so far from either side. Pletikosa made an excellent save after Turkey hit the post but their is a lack of goalscoring opportunities being created.
Yellow Card Serkan Balcı
Serkan Balci is deservedly booked after Pranjic showed immense trickery to nutmeg the Turk but the Croatian was cynically fouled. The resulting free kick goes straight into the hands of Bolat.
Srna gets down to the byline brilliantly and clips a cross into the centre for Olic who's header at goal comes off the head of Toprak! That looked to be going in!
Yellow Card Domagoj Vida
Very poor free kick from Hamit Altintop that goes straight into the hands of Pletikosa. They will need to do better from these opportunities.
Free kick opportunity for Turkey from the left-hand side after Vida earned a free kick for taking out Caner Erkin with a very late tackle. Lets see what they can do from this.
Croatia have their first corner kick of the match after Srna and Olic linked up down the right wing. Srna was very impressive in Friday's first leg and he looks to be in the mood again tonight.
Caner Erkin goes on a powerful run down the left-hand side but is upended by Srna. From the resulting free-kick Turkey take it short and continue with their patient possession.
Ivica Olic drives towards the Turkey defence and attempts a left-footed shot at goal but it is poorly executed. It stumbles across the box until Bolat comes out to claim the ball. Mandzukic was sniffing around there.
Guus Hiddink's side have started the game much the same as the first leg, they are enjoying a lot of possession and Croatia are defending very deep.
Turkey come very close to grabbing an early goal there, Bulut cleverly dodged Inan's shot that boucned off the post. Kazim-Richards perhaps should have scored but it was an excellent save.
Yellow Card Caner Erkin
HUUUUYYYY!!! Close for Turkey!!! Umut Bulut dodges a pass through on goal and it hits the post and rebounds to Kazim-Richards, who's powerful shot is saved by Pletikosa from close range!
Cagey start to the match, there have been a lot of high balls going forward and neither side has managed get the ball on the deck to enjoy a period of possession as of yet.
Turkey get the match started in Croatia. Guus Hiddink's men have a massive task ahead of themselves tonight as they must score at least three goals to have a chance of qualifying. Croatia are huge favourites to qualify but if Turkey can get an early goal, it may prove to be an interesting game.
