Shots on Target
Thank you for joining me, Tom Davis, as it finishes Wimbledon 2-3 Chelsea.
Chelsea looked a different side in that second half. They attacked with far more urgency and that caused problems. But it was set-pieces where they took advantage with Terry capitalising on some poor Wimbledon defending.
90' + 3'
FULL-TIME: And there's the whistle! Chelsea have completed an impressive second-half turnaroud after three goals - including two from Terry - have earned them their second pre-season victory.
Assist Lewis Baker
Goal John Terry
GOAL! What a comeback! Chelsea have scored again and once more it's Terry with the goal. He rose high at the near post to nod the ball in. Super turn around by Mourinho's side who now lead 3-2.
Baker's in-swinging corner from the left is cleared and the ball goes out for another on the opposite side.
Chelsea are ending the game in possession now and have earned a corner after a ball from deep bounces off a Wimbledon player.
It's been a much-improved second half for Chelsea. More urgency has resulted in more chances and the two goals are deserved.
Goal Mohamed Salah
GOAL! Chelsea have pulled level! Salah, who has been bright for the Blues in this second half, picks up a pass from deep, twists, and drills it into the net at the second time of asking.
Just under ten minutes of play remaining now but Wimbledon are making the visitors work for their chances. Akinfenwa in particlar has been a real handful for the Chelsea defence.
But the delivery is cleared by Chelsea who now restart play with a throw-in in their own half.
Chelsea are looking a little more open now, for the first time in this second half. Saint-Luce shows pace to earn a corner for his side.
Akinfenwa uses his strength to hold off defenders and play a cross into the box. The ball falls to Beere who fizzes a low shot wide.
Wimbledon's changes have seen Worner, Jacquart, Nightingale, Saint-Luce, Pell, Arthur, Beere and Azeez all on the pitch now.
Goal John Terry
GOAL! Chelsea have pulled one back! It's John Terry who has scored it after poking home from a corner. It bounced off a Wimbledon defender and he knocked it in from yards out.
Marco van Ginkel
Samuel Leslie Moore
Changes for both sides now as Chelsea bring Beeney and Houghton on for Schwarzer and Van Ginkel.
CHANCE! Oh, what a chance for Van Ginkel! He should be scoring that! The ball is whipped into the box from a corner but Van Ginkel's header is straight at the keeper. He's unmarked and just yards out. That should have been 2-1.
Chance for Chelsea again there after Baker and Brown link-up but the shot from Baker is hit straight into the keeper's hands.
Salah attempts a cross after running into the box but it's overhit.
First chance of the game for Wimbledon in this second half after a left-wing cross finds Akinfenwa, beating his man, but heading over.
Van Ginkel tries to curl a shot in from distance but it sails wide. Positive signs for the Blues, nonetheless, who have started bright.
Chelsea hit a free-kick from deep but it's wasted as Wimbledon clear.
Another good ball from Salah, this time fro the right. He clips in his cross but Brown - at the back post - can't keep his header down.
Baker looks to make an instant impact off the bench after latching onto Salah's ball over the top, but his header is saved.
Temitayo Olufisayo Olaoluwa Aina
Chelsea are lining up with Schwarzer, Ivanovic, Chalobah, Terry, Dasilva, Romeu, Van Ginkel, Salah, Baker, Brown and Solanke.
And the second half is underway!
Players back out for the second half now - well, Wimbledon's players at least. Chelsea are still in the dressing room.
It's goals at the start and end of the half then for Wimbledon that has given them this lead. Bennett's powerful header inside a minute has settled his side and they've looked an organised unit against a Chelsea team who have struggled to find an opening. But the penalty at the end, after a foul from Zouma, allowed Tubbs the chance to increase their advantage from the spot.
HALF-TIME: And that's the whistle for the interval as Wimbledon hold a 2-0 lead against Chelsea.
Ake found himself in acres of space on the left after a through ball but prodded his shot into the side-netting. He should hit the target.
Nearly a quick reply from Chelsea there after Salah sets up Swift on the left, but his shot is blocked in the box as it trickles through to Shea.
Penalty Goal Matt Tubbs
GOAL! Tubbs scores from the spot to put Wimbledon 2-0 up before the break. He strikes the ball hard to the keepers right but, despite going the right direction, Schwarzer fails to keep it out. Zouma was the player who gave the penalty away after a clumsy foul.
PENALTY! Wimbledon have a chance to double their lead!
Nothing comes of the corner after Matic can't get a strong enough connection on the ball.
But Chelsea have a corner here now after an Aini run from right-back forces an interception.
Not a clear-cut chance for the Blues to shout about so far with just over ten minutes of this half to play. Chelsea a little too slow in their build-up play.
Shea dwells on the ball in goal and Bamford races in to dispossess him. But not quite quick enough as the keeper picks it up.
The Dons have attempted a number of balls from diagonal passes towards the head of Akinfenwa. They try again, but Schwarzer claims.
A knock to one of Wimbledon's players allows a short break in play but we're back underway after he finds his feet.
Boga's been at the heart of Chelsea's moves so far but isn't getting much movement ahead of him - mainly due to Wimbledon's deep defensive line.
At the other end now and Boga tries to flick the ball over the defence to Bamford but Shea rushes out to claim.
Swift makes a bright run own the left to force a corner as his cross is blocked, but the resulting delivery is cleared as the Dons launch a counter.
The visitors are back in possession once more but they're finding it tough - through the middle and flanks - to break through.
Swift tries to penetrate the wall of blue in defence but his pass to Salah is intercepted in the penalty area.
Chelsea back on the attack now after Boga starts the move from midfield but Wimbledon have a lot of number back.
Another half-chance for Wimbledon as Akinfenwa jumps high from a quickly-taken free-kick only to head it tamely towards the goal.
An ambitous effort from Francomb from distance sails wide of the keeper's left. Not the best direction, but good break on the counter.
Bright spell for the Dons in the final third and after a string of passes Rigg fires a half-volley towards Schwarzer. It's parried away, but the referee pulls play back for offside against Rigg.
Boga's corner is headed wide and the chance comes to nothing.
Free-kick for Chelsea midway through the Wimbledon half but Boga's effort is hit straight into the wall and out for a corner.
Not the start Chelsea would have hoped for but they're back in possession of the ball now. They're looking comfortable, without breaking past Wimbledon's defensive line.
Superb start to the game from the hosts. It came from a corner on the left-hand side as the ball was hit long to Bennett. He rose high above Christensen and powered his header into the net.
Assist George Francomb
Goal Alan Bennett
GOAL! What a start! Wimbledon have taken the lead on 40 seconds!
And we're off! Wimbledon start us off, kicking from left to right.
Not long left to go now as the players make their way onto the pitch. Chelsea are in all yellow while the hosts are in all blue.
Jose Mourinho has made a handful of changes from their game earlier this week. Ola Aina comes in at right-back for the injured Todd Kane, while Kurt Zouma and Nemanja Matic come into defence and midfield respectively. Mohamed Salah is given the chance to start on the wings. Akinfenwa, Rigg, Francomb are the three players who keep their places for Wimbledon.
Chelsea XI: Schwarzer, Aina, Zouma, Christensen, Ake, Van Ginkel, Matic, Salah, Baker, Swift, Bamford. Substitutes: Beeney, Ivanovic, Chalobah, Terry, Dasilva, Romeu, Houghton, Boga, Brown, Solanke.
And now for Chelsea.
Wimbledon XI: Shea, Fuller, Smith, Bulman, Frampton,Bennett, Francomb, Moore, Tubbs, Akinfenwa, Rigg. Substitutes: Worner, Pell, Azeez, Sainte-Luce, Kennedy, Arthur, Beere, Nightingale, Jacquart.
We have team news for you so let's start with the hosts.
Wimbledon also have one pre-season game under their belt but, conversely, head into it following defeat. Isthmian League Premier Division side, Margate, earned an impressive 3-0 victory against Neal Ardley’s team last Saturday, in a squad that saw new signings Bayo Akinfenwa, Jack Smith, Sean Rigg, Adebayo Azeez, Dannie Bulman, James Shea and Matt Tubbs all feature.
Chelsea enter this game off the back of a strong start against Wycombe Wanderers on Wednesday. A blend of youth and experience saw the Blues run out 5-0 winners. Patrick Bamford, John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic and Izzy Brown were all on the score-sheet – with the latter notching two – and expect more of the same faces before they depart for their European tour next week.
