Estadio Santiago Bernabéu (Madrid)
That's all from me for tonight guys and girls, thanks for joining me! Good night!
FULL-TIME: REAL MADRID 3-0 ALCOYANO (AGG 7-1) A late double from Jose Callejon papered over the cracks of what was a fairly lacklustre Copa del Rey performance from Real Madrid. It took them until the 71st minute to take the lead through one of their substitutes Angel Di Maria, before Callejon added two goals late on. Alcoyano did superbly to frustrate Mourinho's side and keep the score goalless for so long, but after going a goal and a man down in quick succession, the result then seemed beyond doubt. Madrid will face either Almeria or Celta in the next round of the competition.

And there is the final whistle! Madrid are 3-0 winners here, 7-1 on aggregate!

Goal José Callejón
CALLEJON SCORES AGAIN!! Another fine finish from the 25-year-old, this time he chooses to nutmeg Murcia after racing on to a well-weighted through ball from the substitute Di Maria.
Goal José Callejón
CALLEJON MAKES IT 2-0!! The hard-working attacker puts this game beyond Alcoyano's reach with a lovely dinked finish past Murcia from 12 yards out.
DI MARIA HITS THE BAR! The Madrid goalscorer nearly notches his second of the game only to be thwarted by the crossbar. That was a fine strike from the Argentina international, and Murcia looked well-beaten!
BENZEMA SHOOTS JUST OVER!! The France international hammers a strike inches over Murcia's bar from the edge of the Alcoyano box as Madrid come close to increasing their lead.
Yellow Card Ángel Di María
Arkaitz lets fly with a speculative effort from a long way out for Alcoyano but Adan is able to watch the ball go harmlessly over his crossbar and out for a goal-kick.
Neither side are showing much of an attacking threat as the match winds down here in Madrid, with possession being exchanged between the two teams in the centre of the pitch.
Alcoyano curl a corner in from the left but Varane is there to head the ball to safety for Madrid, as the pace of the game begins to decrease in the closing stages.
Madrid are looking comfortable here, 5-1 they lead on aggregate now.
Substitution David Torres Edu Silva
Ozil dances through the Alcoyano defence before slotting the ball home but play is pulled back and the goal is disallowed with the German having received the ball from Di Maria whilst in an offside position. Correct call. Well done officials.
What an impact from the Madrid subs by the way! Benzema providing the perfect pass for Di Maria to give Madrid the lead.
Yellow/Red Javi Selvas
AND SELVAS HAS BEEN SENT OFF! The Alcoyano defender was shown his second yellow card in the aftermath of that Di Maria goal. The last 20 minutes or so are going to be tough for the visitors, a goal and a man down.
Goal Ángel Di María
GOALLLL!!! DI MARIA BREAKS THE DEADLOCK!! Callejon appeared to have run into a dead-end on the edge of the Alcoyano box, but Benzema resurrected the move with a neat pass into the stride of Di Maria. Di Maria then curled a fine shot into the far corner from the right-hand side of the penalty area. 1-0 to Madrid!
Morata trudges off the pitch to be replaced by Karim Benzema here at the Bernabeu. He has been disappointing this evening, the Madrid youngster.
Substitution Morata Karim Benzema
Lopez gets his head to the ball just before Callejon following some decent wing-play from Di Maria on the left. That was a crucial touch from the Alcoyano man!
Pereira puts in a timely challenge on Callejon as the Madrid canterano looks to let rip from 15 yards. The Blancos attacker turns to referee claiming he was tripped but there was nothing wrong with the Alcoyano defender's tackle on this occasion.
Ah, that's something we all love to see. The Alcoyano fans have just performed a fantastic 'Conga' dance behind the goal on the left. I can't blame them for trying to keep warm, it's four degrees celsius in Madrid tonight!
Substitution Kike Tortosa Julio de Dios
Alcoyano make their second change of the night as Tortosa is replaced by Julio de Dios.
The referee isn't being awed by the occasion here, if anything he's in favour of the underdogs. Ozil was just bodychecked on the right by Devesa but the referee allowed play to continue!
Substitution Denis Tcheryshev Ángel Di María
Mourinho's had enough... On comes Angel Di Maria. The Argentine replaces the Russian debutant Cheryshev, taking up a position on the left side of midfield for the home side.
Madrid counter after Varane dispossesses Omar, but the move breaks down when it reaches Rodriguez on the right, with Morata and Ozil well-positioned to shoot had the youngster managed to get a cross into the Alcoyano box.
Alcoyano are enjoying some possession here! Who would have thought it. The Segunda B side have kept the ball well in the last few minutes, and some of Madrid's youngsters (and Ozil) have resorted to some questionable tackling in order to try and win it back.
THAT'S NEVER OFFSIDE!! Carvalho plays Omar onside as he latches on to Devesa's pass from the left but the linesman on his near side has his flag up! Awful decision that, Alcoyano were through on goal.
Modric curled the set piece towards Carvalho, who had made his way forward from defence, but the ball failed to reach its intended target and was headed away well by Lopez.
Down goes Cheryshev under a challenge from Pereira, and the home side now have a free kick on the left-hand side.
Yellow Card Mesut Özil
A stop-start opening to the second half was compounded by a petulant kick from Ozil, with his late tackle on Lara resulting in a yellow card.
Los Blancos have had a couple of penalty appeals turned down in recent minutes, with first Morata and then Modric crumpling to the floor under challenges from Alcoyano players inside the visitors' penalty area. The referee waved their appeals away though, much to Mourinho's fury on the sideline.
Yellow Card José Rodríguez
Madrid have started much in the same vein as the first half. They are dominating possession and the visitors are looking a bit more tired now.
Yellow Card Ricardo Carvalho
HALF TIME IN MADRID. Real Madrid have basically already qualified thanks to the 4-1 win in the first leg against Alcoyano but the Segunda B side are doing well to stifle Los Blancos at the moment. 0-0. Join us in 15 minutes for the second half!
45′ +2
Yellow Card Javi Selvas
We are approaching half-time and both sides look really eager to grab the opening goal before the break. You get the feeling the Santiago Bernabeu faithful won't accept not scoring against a Segunda B side.
First booking of the match goes to Arkaitz Perez. Deserved booking. Surprised its took the referee this long to get his book out to be honest.
Yellow Card Arkaitz
Substitution Dani Fernández Fran Piera
Madrid continue to push forward and look for the opening goal before half-time. We haven't seen much of Jose Rodriguez so far, the Madrid youngster scored in the first leg but he hasn't seen much of the ball. Still plenty of time to make an impact.
They are guilty of putting the boot in slightly, though. We have already seen Raul Albiol leave the park due to injury and I'm sure Jose Mourinho would be fuming if any more occur.
Fair play to the hosts. They are playing against tremendous odds but they are not showing any fear whatsoever. It looks as if they just want to give their fans a goal at Santiago Bernabeu to scream about!
Alcoyano go close!!! A misjudgement from Ricardo Carvalho allows Oscar Martinez to steal possession and lash a strike at goal but it deflects out for a corner kick!
The game is very stretched at the moment. Morata is playing on the shoulder of the last defender all the time and as a result he is too far apart from the other attackers. He would perhaps benefit from coming shorter to receive possession. Either that or Jose Callejon must advance further forward.
Well that is the closest Madrid have came to scoring so far! And they would definitely be in the lead if it wasn't for the heroics of Adrian Murcia in the Alcoyano goal!
Fantastic save from Adrian!! A scramble ensues inside the Alcoyano box and the Russian shows composure to ride a couple of challenges and smash a shot at goal but the goalkeeper makes a superb stop and palms the ball away!
The hosts power forward again and eventually earn a corner kick. Ozil whips the ball into the danger zone and Varane rises highest in the box to power a header at goal. However, his attempt goes just over the bar.
Another penalty appeal from Madrid, and it is Morata who is involved again. The 20-year-old found himself surrounded inside the box and with the ball in the air he fell to the ground a little too easily. Not this time.
Madrid look to have recovered from that little scare a few minutes ago and look dangerous going forward again. They need to get the ball out to Cheryshev and Rodriguez as there is plenty of room on the wings.
The Segunda B side manage to counterattack at pace out of their own half. They show plenty of adventure in committing men forward and the ball eventually falls to David Torres on the left who cuts inside and unleashes a long-range shot at goal. Adan makes an easy save for Madrid. Positive from the visitors!
Penalty shout for Madrid!! Coentrao drives down the left-hand side and cuts a ball inside to Alvaro Morata who has his feet taken away from him inside the box! That looked a stonewall spotkick! Alcoyano get away with one!
As you can imagine, it has been all Real Madrid so far. They have been totally dominant in possession and I'm not even sure if Alcoyano have ventured out of their own half yet!
Modric turns swiftly just inside the opposition half and looks to pick out Ozil who had made a fantastic run in behind the Alcoyano defence but the Croatian's pass is slightly overhit and the visitors are let off the hook.
Madrid look very calm and collected on the ball so far, and with players like Mesut Ozil and Luka Modric in the centre of your midfield, it is no wonder. Alcoyano won't be able to keep up this pressing for long.
Albiol hasn't recovered from that tackle. He'll be replaced by Fabio Coentrao.
Substitution Raúl Albiol Fabio Coentrao
Ladies and gents, we have our first glimpse of Denis Cheryshev, and it was pretty spectacular! The Russian showed lightning pace down the wing to drive to the byline and whip a dangerous cross inside. The ball comes to Modric on the edge of the area who volleys towards goal and forces Adrian into a brilliant save!
Alcoyano have not played in the Spanish Primera Division for over 50 years. They should certainly treasure this trip.
Madrid temporarily down to 10 men as Albiol trudges off to the side. He looks Okay.
Alcoyano make their intentions knows early. Raul Albiol is clattered on the halfway line with just three minutes on the clock. A small break in play as the Madrid man is down injured.
Five minutes from kick-off now. Make sure to get your thoughts, feelings, and predictions on the match on the chat section of our Live Match Centre!
Here is a cracking stat for you: Denis Cheryshev makes history this evening as he is the very first Russian player ever to play for Real Madrid. A proud moment for the young man.
Goals from Kaka, Jose Rodriguez, and a double from Karim Benzema gave Los Blancos a commanding 4-1 win in the first leg so there already doesn't look to be a way back for Alcoyano, but we will still undoubtedly see some free-flowing football tonight!
This is the starting XI of Spanish Segunda B side, Alcoyano: Adrian Murcia; Arkaitz, Javi Selvas, Oscar Lopez, Devesa; Javi Lara, Pereira; Tortosa, Omar, Dani; David Torres
This is how Real Madrid will be lining up tonight: Adan; Albiol, Carvalho, Varane, Nacho; Modric, Ozil; Callejon, Rodriguez, Cheryshev; Morata
I'm Martin Macdonald, and I'll be taking you through the action tonight. Here's hoping we have an entertaining match with plenty of goals! And, perhaps, a view of the future starts of Real Madrid!
