Bayern Munich will be looking to retain their 100 per cent Bundesliga record this season with a win over Wolfsburg at the Allianz Arena.
Jupp Heynckes has no new injury worries heading into the midweek fixture but may implement some changes in order to keep certain players fresh. Bastian Schweinsteiger and Arjen Robben, both recently back from injury, look set to start among the substitutes with Javi Martinez winning his first start for his new side.
Claudio Pizarro is given another chance as Mario Mandzukic is rested but the Bavarians' coach will keep the same defence that he has selected for every game so far this season.
Felix Magath looks set to make two changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Greuther Furth at the weekend, with Robin Knoche replace Simon Kjaer and Vieirinha coming into the side in place of Marcel Schafer.
| DID YOU KNOW? |
Bayern Munich are undefeated in nine Bundesliga games, their last defeat came at the hands of Borussia Dortmund last season, effectively ending their title hopes.
- Thomas Muller (pictured right) is currently the best performing player in the league. The 23-year-old has already amassed four goals and the same number of assists in four appearances.
- Die Roten won this fixture 2-0 last season, but neither goal scorer from that game looks set to start. Arjen Robben is recovering from a knock while Mario Gomez remains sidelined.
-
Wolfsburg have not picked up all three points against the Bavarians since a 5-1 thrashing in their Bundesliga-winning year of 2009.
-
Ivica Olic and Mario Mandzukic will both be facing their former sides following transfers this summer.
-
The Wolves have won just one game so far this season and have only scored two league goals.

Although he has been moved out onto the right wing this season, Muller looks to be proving even more dangerous. His delivery always provides a threat while he will also look to break beyond the line to set up chances or shoot on goal. The switch has also enable Toni Kroos to play in a more advanced role and Muller has benefited from playing alongside the young midfielder. It would be hard to bet against him adding to his four goals and four assists already this season.

The 23-year-old netted an impressive 32 strikes in 34 appearances in the Eredivisie last season but can only boast one goal since his summer move to the Volkswagen Arena. Nevertheless he has proven to be a decent goal threat and if Wolfsburg can get the ball into him then he certainly has a chance of finding the back of the net.
Bayern have been indomitable so far this season and despite a tendency to ease off once they take the lead, they should prove too much for a struggling Wolfsburg side. Results have not been too bad for Felix Magath, but his side are finding it difficult to find the back of the net at the moment. At the Allianz Arena it will prove even harder and so Bayern should be able to pick up their fifth consecutive win this season
