Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has a full squad to choose from for Sunday's season-ending Primera Division clash with Mallorca at the Santiago Bernabeu.

The Portuguese coach is set to give his fringe players another outing, with Raul Albiol, Nuri Sahin and Raphael Varane all primed for starts. Fabio Coentrao and Mesut Ozil return from suspension, while Antonio Adan is likely to continue in goal.

Mallorca will be without Emilio Nsue after the Spaniard picked up a hamstring injury in Saturday's win over Levante, so Pablo Cendros is likely to slot in at right-back. Ivan Ramis returns from a one-match ban and will partner Chico in central defence.

  DID YOU KNOW?
  • Real Madrid have won their last six matches in La Liga and have avoided defeat in their last 22 league fixtures.
  • Los Merengues have scored more times in the league this term than any Spanish club in history (117). The record for most goals in a season in Europe's major leagues is held by English side Aston Villa, who netted 128 goals in 1930-31.
  • A home win will give Madrid a points total of 100, which is one more than the 2009-10 Barcelona record of 99.
  • Mallorca have won their last four matches in La Liga - their longest winning streak since May 2008.
  • The Islanders have failed to beat Real Madrid in the sides' last five meetings (D1, L4).
  • Sixth-placed Mallorca will qualify for next season's Europa League with victory on Sunday, regardless of results elsewhere.

The former Valencia man is reportedly the prime candidate to replace the injured Carles Puyol in the Spain squad travelling to Euro 2012, despite his lack of playing time at the Bernabeu. The 26-year-old will want to put in an assured display at the back and boost his chances of selection in Vicente del Bosque's squad.

With European qualification at stake, the visitors will probably set themselves up to nullify Real's attacking threat and play on the counter, with Marti sitting deep and shielding the defence. The veteran midfielder will need to produce a big performance to contain the home side's attack and give his side a foothold in the middle of the park.
Prediction
While Sunday's game is a formality for Madridistas, it is of huge significance for the visitors to get a positive result and qualify for Europe after recent financial struggles. The magnitude of the occasion means the Islanders could steal a point out of this, although that might ultimately be inadequate to secure Europa League qualification.
