  • Scotland also ring the changes, with Grant Hanley, Charlie Mulgrew, Barry Bannan, Craig Conway and Steven Fletcher all out, as Russell Martin, Charlie Adam, Craig Bryson, Ikechi Anya and Steven Naismith replace them in the starting line-up.
