Boos from the Norwich fans at Carrow Road as Aston Villa claim three points, their first win in four games and keep a clean sheet for the first time in 27 league outings.

A few moans and groans from the Norwich fans as Snodgrass' poor cross is gathered by Guzan.

Luna goes down after a heavy challenge from Turner. The defender requires treatment off the pitch and the Norwich man picks up the first yellow card of the game.
CHANCE! Norwich try to create an opening inside the box, before Van Wolfswinkel's shot is eventually deflected wide by a fantastic Clark block. That looked to be going in.
CHANCE! Clark almost turns the ball into his own net after a Maritn cross from the right, but it goes just over the crossbar and out for a corner.
Villa are just 10 minutes away from their first clean sheet in 27 Premier League games.
BLOCK! Bennett makes a strong last-ditch tackle to deny Kozak a second goal.
Clark takes out Van Wolfdwinkel and concedes a free kick just on the right-hand edge of the Villa box.
Villa break down the left through Weimann and the ball comes to Tonev, who goes for goal again and it goes terribly wrong again.
Another fantastic delivery from Bacuna's resulting set piece but Clark puts a poor header wide.
Great free kick from Bacuna into the box is headed out for a corner by Bennett.
Snodgrass goes down under a soft challenge in the box and referee Chris Foy is not interested.
CHANCE! Fer breaks well down the left but his low cross has too much on it and misses Van Wolfswinkel in the middle.
Helenius goes for goal with the set piece but the ball deflects off a team-mate on the way through and goes over the crossbar for a goal kick.
Gary Hooper comes on for Norwich to make his Premier League debut, having been injured since joining from Celtic this summer.
Kozak eventually wins a free kick for Villa with some amateur dramatics after a Turner foul.
Couple of changes coming up. Hopefully the substitutes can inject some life back into this game.
CHANCE! Another good opportunity for the hosts as Snodgrass gets in behind the Villa defence and puts a low cross into the box. Guzan manages to get something on it to turn away the danger.
SHOT! Wasteful from Villa as Tonev fires high and wide with a wild effort from just inside the box.
Norwich set up camp just outside the Villa area but struggle to find a way through. Snodgrass crosses into the box but the ball is claimed by Guzan.
SHOT! El Ahmadi does well in the centre for Villa before Agbonlahor finds Weimann but he can only fire way off target.
Delph and Elmander clash in the middle of the pitch and Villa get another free kick.
This second half has not started like the first. More fouls and free kicks than anything else.
Delph goes down under a challenge from Bassong. Free kick to Villa just inside the Norwich half.
Villa have not had many touchesof the ball since the interval and Norwich are still patiently trying to create an opening.
Guzan fails to claim the set piece from Snodgrass but Bennett can't direct his header on target.
Snodgrass beats Luna and wins Norwich a free kick near the corner on the right.

Norwich City 0-1 Aston Villa. Very entertaining and action-packed first half at Carrow Road. Weimann struck the post, Snodgrass saw a penalty saved by Guzan, Van Wolfswinkel missed a sitter, and Libor Kozak opened the scoring just two minutes after replacing the injured Christian Benteke.

SHOT! Redmond tries to beat his man but is forced wide and fires over.
Norwich patiently play the ball forward with a number of quick passes. However, Bennett eventually puts the ball out of play with a stray pass.
The visitors are happy to retain possession and see out the first half. Norwich are still trying to create an opening though.
Redmond fouls El Ahmadi after losing out to the midfielder. Free kick inside Villa's half.
Norwich are forced to make a change as Sebastien Bassong pulls up with what looks like a hamstring injury. The defender is replaced by Ryan Bennett.
Great challenge from Howson to deny Weimann on the edge of the area. The Austrian has been Villa's best player so far.
SAVE! Agbonlahor almost catches Ruddy out with a fantastic whipped cross come shot from the left, but the goalkeeper manages to get a hand to the ball.
Redmond is not happy as he looks to have won a corner for Norwich on the left but the decision goes the other way.
That is Kozak's first goal for the club in what is his second appearance since joining from Lazio this summer.

GOAL! Norwich 0-1 Aston Villa. Two minutes after replacing Benteke, Kozak is denied by Ruddy when one-on-one but fires home from close range after Agbonlahor cuts the rebound back.
A big blow for Villa as Benteke has to go off. His replacement is Libor Kozak.
CHANCE! While Benteke is down, Norwich pour forward and Van Wolfswinkel sees a fine half-volley fly just wide of the Villa post.
The big Belgian tries to jog back onto the pitch but immediately goes down in pain.
Benteke goes down with what looks like a groin strain following a Bassong challenge. He should be OK to continue.
CHANCE! Redmond whips a free kick into the box from the left wing but Van Wolfswinkel can't get any power behind his header and Guzan saves.
Fabian Delph bursts down the left wing but fails to find the Villa strikers as his through ball is cut out by the Norwich defence.
Who expected this start to the game!? Weimann struck the post early on, Snodgrass saw a penalty saved by Guzan and Van Wolfswinkel missed a sitter.
SHOT! Vlaar meets Benteke's knock down from the corner and hits a ferocious half-volley a few inches wide of the post.
SHOT! Agbonlahor and Benteke combine before the latter sees a goal-bound effort deflected just wide for a corner by Turner.
CHANCE! Benteke breaks forward and tricks his way into the home side's box and crosses. But the ball evades Weimann and Agbonlahor before going out of play.
Van Wolfswinkel pops up on the right wing, cuts inside and delivers a cross but no Norwich players are there.
Plenty of chances already and Martin should have done better with his cross from the right. Norwich do win a corner but Clark gets the ball away.
CHANCE! Snodgrass eventually crosses for Redmond after some sustained pressure. The young midfielder keeps the ball in play at the far post for Van Wolfswinkel to head home, but the striker chests the ball over from four yards out.
Snodgrass tries to make amends by whipping a dangerous cross into the Villa box, but Guzan claims the ball.
That was a harsh decision from Foy as the ball seemed to get caught between Clark and a Norwich player. Still 0-0 though.

POST! Agbonlahor cuts the ball back for Weimann and the forward beats Ruddy with a curled effort but sees it bounce back off the post. Benteke is ruled offside on the follow up.
SHOT! Villa break forward immediately and Weimann tries his luck from the edge of the box but John Ruddy is equal to it in the Norwich goal.

Of course, today's match has an added element due to Lambert's return to Carrow Road. The ex-Canaries boss is looking for his third consecutive win over his former club as Villa manager.
Meanwhile, Paul Lambert has recalled Leandro Bacuna, Ciaran Clark and Aleksandar Tonev to replace Matthew Lowton, Jores Okore and Ashley Westwood respectively.
So that's a total of two changes from Norwich boss Chris Hughton as Javier Garrido and Jonny Howson replace Steven Whittaker and Bradley Johnson.
