Back to Julian Bennetts in Italy, meanwhile!
"There are barely any Arsenal fans in the ground and there is a rumour doing the rounds that the majority won't make kick-off. There were tweets earlier suggesting it was not easy to find the coaches that were meant to take the fans to the groun, and traffic outside means they may not get here in time. This is not what you want to hear when you've travelled to the south of Italy!"
Meanwhile, here's Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp speaking to Sky ahead of their clash with Marseille:
"This match is all about fighting. For [Marseille] this is a match for their honour and we will give our everything as well.
"Nuri Sahin gave the green light and he is fit for this match."
Tom Doyle has more on Chelsea now, though:
"It's a strong Chelsea starting XI tonight but the bench is also something special - Jose Mourinho has Ramires, Juan Mata, Kevin De Bruyne, Andre Schurrle and Fernando Torres to bring on for attacking threats, while even Gary Cahill can offer a threat from set pieces or 30 yards out. So expect plenty of chances as the game wears on. And Petr Cech isn't a bad back-up goalkeeper to have, either!"
For all you Gunners fans (we know, there's a lot of you) we've got Julian Bennetts at the San Paolo for tonight's game.
Here's his first update:
"The Arsenal team have just come out to start their warm-up, loads of boos from the Napoli supporters. The stadium has been pretty full since 90 minutes before kick-off."
Quiet atmosphere, then.....
Staying with the Chelsea theme, Mark Schwarzer tonight becomes the oldest ever Champions League debutant...
"We're 45 minutes away from kick-off now and it's not getting any warmer. The programme seller stood outside Fulham Broadway station had the right idea about the elements tonight - she was wearing a hat, scarf, gloves and a onesie. There are some nights when even a onesie is justified."
Stay right here on Goal for all the updates!
Fear not, however, Celtic fans - we have not forgotten about your clash at Barcelona.
The Bhoys are already out of this season's Champions League - but a game at Camp Nou is always special.
Celtic team to face Barca: Forster; Lustig, Ambrose, Van Dijk, Ledley; Matthews, Brown, Biton, Boerrigter; Samaras, Pukki.
Subs: Zaluska, Stokes, Commons, Mulgrew, Balde, Atajic, Fisher.
Good news for Arsenal fans?
0 - Gonzalo Higuain has never scored against an English team in the Champions League. (Via OptaJoe)
But Arsenal are hitting back with this line-up!
Arsenal: Szczesny; Jenkinson, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs; Flamini, Arteta; Rosicky, Cazorla, Ozil; Giroud.
Subs: Fabianski, Vermaelen, Monreal, Wilshere, Ramsey, Walcott, Bendtner.
Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey are both on the bench.
The Napoli team news is in, meanwhile...
They will face Arsenal with this XI:
Rafael; Maggio, Fernandez, Albiol, Armero; Dzemaili, Behrami; Callejón, Pandev, Mertens; Higuain.
Tom Doyle reports!
"Mourinho makes seven changes to the side that lost against Stoke City, with Mark Schwarzer replacing Petr Cech in goal, while David Luiz and Ashley Cole come in for Cesar Azpilicueta and Gary Cahill.
"Frank Lampard - who scored in the 4-0 win over Steaua in October - takes Ramires' place, while there are starts for Oscar, Willian and Demba Ba, ahead of Andre Schurrle, Juan Mata and Fernando Torres."
What mischief will Luiz get up to tonight?
And we have team news from Stamford Bridge...
Chelsea: Schwarzer; Ivanovic, Luiz, Terry, Cole; Mikel, Lampard, Oscar, Hazard, Willian; Ba.
Subs: Cech, Cahill, Ramires, De Bruyne, Mata, Schurrle, Torres.
Steaua: Tatarusanu; Szukala, Gardos, Latovlevici, Georgievski; Pintili, Chipciu, Pirvulescu, Stanciu; Iancu; Kapetanos.
Subs: Nita, Prepelita, Cristea, Tatu, Piovaccari, Neagu, Varela.
"Jose Mourinho told reporters in his last press conference that his training ground dummies could probably score from a set-piece given the current state of Chelsea's defending after Saturday's shock 3-2 defeat at Stoke City - but he has positive words for the fans in his programme notes: "We want to do this not just for us, but for you... we want to give you a performance and a result to be proud of.
"Meanwhile, skipper John Terry wants tonight's game to be the start of a consistent run for the Europa League holders: 'We have to put [Stoke] behind us now, move on and go on a run of good results if we are going to win the league. We have to stop the inconsistency... that starts tonight with a good performance and three points to end the group stage."
Our attentions, however, do not stop at Chelsea.
Arsenal are in action at Napoli tonight and, unlike the Blues, are not yet through...
Match Preview: Napoli - Arsenal
"Steaua are guaranteed to finish bottom of the group with just three points and are without a win in this year's competition. In that sense, they're simply playing for pride tonight - but Mourinho should still be wary of the Romanian champions; they're six points off the pace in Liga 1 but have two games in hand over leaders Astra Giurgiu and are unbeaten in 14 league games.
"These sides met here in March in a thrilling Europa League encounter, with second-half goals from John Terry and Fernando Torres helping to send the hosts through 3-2 on aggregate, with the Blues eventually going on to win the trophy."
"Good evening from a bitterly cold Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea can guarantee top spot in Group E with a win against bottom-placed Steaua Bucharest. Jose Mourinho's men are already through to the last 16 but only three points against the Romanians will make first place certain in what has, at times, been an uncomfortable group for the Blues.
"A defeat tonight for the hosts will ensure they finish second whatever the outcome of the match between Basel and Schalke and a stalemate could scupper their chances of a favourable draw for the knockout stages. It's a good thing they beat the Romanians 4-0 in October last time round in October, then."
