GOAL!! Liverpool 4-1 Norwich (Johnson)
ASTON VILLA GOAL
What strike from Fabian Delph! The Villa man is given plenty of time to pull the trigger from distance and picks out the top corner with a beautiful shot. Can Saints come from behind yet again?
GOAL!! Southampton 2-3 Aston Villa (Delph)
Never happy with just three, Luis Suarez has just made it a hat-trick of stunners to go with his tap-in for the second goal. This time he strikes a free kick from 25 yards which flies into the top corner. John Ruddy's dive was for show more than anything else. He has been helpless to stop the Uruguayan magician this evening.
It's been all Tottenham this half, but Fulham strike on their first real attack. Dimitar Berbatov wins the ball in midfield and immediately spreads the ball out wide to Ashkan Dejagah, who takes one touch before firing across Hugo Lloris for the first goal. Rene Meulensteen having an instant impact at Craven Cottage.
GOAL!! Liverpool (Suarez) 4-0 Fulham
Swansea double their lead and it’s Mathieu Debuchy who gets the final touch. A quick break sees Alejandro Pozuelo send Jonjo Shelvey clean through on goal. Debuchy races after the midfielder but can only watch as the midfielder’s shot hits Tim Krul, rebounds back off the defender and rolls over the line.
MAN UTD 0-0 EVERTON
This game is on fire now. United have just had a brilliant double chance to go ahead. After Tim Howard acrobatically beat away Patrice Evra's header, Danny Welbeck nuts the follow-up against the crossbar.
Saints are right back in it! Jose Fonte finds Rickie Lambert at the far post, who nods the ball into the path of Daniel Pablo Osvaldo. "Thank you very much", says the former Roma man from just yards out. What a thriller this is turning out to be. The home side might want to watch out for the counter now.
GOAL!! Fulham (Dejagah) 1-0 Tottenham
GOAL!! Swansea (Debuchy og) 2-0 Newcastle
GOAL!! Southampton (Osvaldo) 2-2 Aston Villa
LIVERPOOL 3-0 NORWICH
John Ruddy was just a spectator in the first half as Luis Suarez's three goals flashed past him, but he has kept the score respectable in the second period with some wonderful saves. A swerving effort from Joe Allen is acrobatically tipped over the top before Suarez looks to have picked up a fourth, only for the England man to get down to his right to tip away.
ASTON VILLA GOAL
It’s happened to Southampton once again. They’ve attacked and attacked but been hit on the counter. Karim El-Ahmadi poaches the ball off Jack Cork with ease before whipping a fine ball into the box to Libor Kozak, who nods past Paulo Gazzaniga. The striker has been terrible up to that point, and the goal isn't enough to stop him being replaced by Christian Benteke.
Well, not so much a turning point, then, as a stay of execution for the hosts as Chelsea retake the lead with a well worked third goal.
Eden Hazard is at it again as he plays a cute one-two with Frank Lampard, the England midfielder backheeling the ball back into the winger’s path as he skips into the box and cracks a right-footed effort beyond Vito Mannone.
HALF TIME - WEST BROM 0-2 MAN CITY
Before we look at those two goals, here are Tom Davis' thoughts from the Hawthorns as Man City look to be in control:
"Manchester City find themselves in an unusual position away from home at the half-time whistle as they lead by two goals to nil. Early goals from Sergio Aguero and Yaya Toure have helped them settle into a rhythm in this first half and they look comfortable.
"It could even be more had Fernandinho for one not blazed an easy chance over the bar after combining well for a shot inside the box. City are on track for three successive league victories – the first time since April – and Steve Clarke may just want to exploit the options on his bench, particularly Stephane Sessegnon."
GOAL!! Southampton 1-2 Aston Villa (Kozak)
GOAL!! Sunderland 2-3 Chelsea (Hazard)
SOUTHAMPTON 1-1 ASTON VILLA
Southampton have used up all their substitutions now as Jack Cork came on for the woeful Victor Wanyama at half-time, while Jose Fonte has just had to come on for the excellent Nathaniel Clyne who picked up an injury. How much of a problem this will prove to be for Saints we will soon find out.
SUNDERLAND 2-2 CHELSEA
Oh dear me, Fernando Torres. The Chelsea striker has the goal at his mercy after Vito Mannone’s palms Eden Hazard’s effort right into the Spaniard's path but the striker blazes over. A real let off for the hosts and perhaps a turning point in the game at the Stadium of Light.
