The Daily Mail report that Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea will be going nowhere this close-season.

United were thought to be considering selling the Spaniard to Real Madrid if it meant Sergio Ramos swapping the Bernabeu for Old Trafford in return.

But with the news that Ramos is set to stay at Madrid, United are prepared to let De Gea leave for free next summer rather than sell him before the current window shuts next month.
