New England rolls into Montreal on Saturday evening with the Revs currently in top form while Montreal has one win all season. Consider the away win here as there is good value.Bet on Major League Soccer tonight and score yourself up to $100 in free betting bonus money courtesy of William Hill.
The Montreal Impact have been a disaster so far this season. Coming off a big 4-1 defeat at the hands of the Rapids last week, they now face a tough task at home as a red hot New England side come into town.
The Impact also played during mid-week at Toronto in a 1-1 draw in Canadian Championship action. They have the worst offensive production in MLS, as they are the only team in the league averaging less than a goal per match (0.81) and they are also tied for the second-highest amount of goals conceded.
Despite being in dead last in the standings, Montreal is favoured here with British bookmaker William Hill currently listing the Impact at 2.50 for the outright selection.
Instead, you'll want to consider selecting the away victory at 2.80. New England is the best team in the Eastern Conference at the moment with a 7-3-2 (W-L-T) record and has won five consecutive matches after defeating D.C. United 2-1 last week.
Last year the Revs split the season series with Montreal but were able to win away, the second straight time they've won at Stade Saputo.
Even the draw no bet selection for New England looks attractive at evens (2.00). So if the game ends in a stalemate you get your wager back.
The over 2.5 looks decent here at 1.91 given Montreal's defensive futility that has seen the team allow eight goals in their past three games. Add to that New England being the highest scoring team in the conference, and you have a solid selection.
