thumbnail Hello,

Home is where the heart is for Real Salt Lake, which aims to end its two-game slide against an FC Dallas side that has looked rather strong in August and will be tough opposition.

Real Salt Lake is coming off a disappointing 2-1 loss to Vancouver at BC Place, and now sits five points back of San Jose for tops in the West.

Being back in the altitude at Rio Tinto Stadium should bring back the comfort for Jason Kreis' crew as they sport a record of 9-3-1 at home and will be looking for some of the magic they were able to conjure up the last time they met Dallas when a 93rd-minute goal gave them a 3-2 win.

RSL hasn't lost to Dallas at home in their six mettings and will expect big games from Will Johnson and Kyle Beckerman to get back on the right track. A win for RSL is paying out 1.66, though expect that to change a little closer to kickoff.

The draw result is currently sitting at 3.50 at

FC Dallas could be the surprise bet of the day in MLS, with a payout of 4.50 should the Texans break their losing streak in Utah.

The team is starting to come together and has put together a two-game winning streak, including a big 2-0 win in Vancouver earlier this week. Dallas' three-game unbeaten run is its best so far this season, but the team's overall away performances certainly leaves something to be desired with a pitiful 2-8-2 record to show for it.

FCD will be driven by a desire to go for the fifth and final playoff spot as it currently sits eight points off and any hopes of postseason play will need a result in this match.

The team has gradually played better since the acquisition of Canadian international Julian de Guzman in the holding mid role, and he will return after being on international duty. The return of Brek Shea from the U.S. team will also aide the squad while David Ferreira has produced five assists over the last five games to give FCD that extra bit of offense that it sorely lacked in the first half of the season.

If you feel Dallas can cause the Royals some headaches but are wary of an outright victory, then perhaps consider the Double-Chance at 1.96 or even a draw/draw result in the Halftime/Fulltime offerings at 5.50.
