The BVB chief denied suggestions that his side had completed a deal for the Aajx attacker but reiterated interest in Kevin De Bruyne.
The Champions League runner-up is on the lookout for a replacement to Bayern Munich-bound Mario Gotze, who is leaving the club this summer.
Reports have claimed the Bundesliga outfit is on the verge of signing the Danish attacker. Zorc has denied such rumors but reiterated interest in Chelsea midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, who impressed on a loan spell at Werder Bremen in 2012-13.
"I've read [the Eriksen rumors] with astonishment as well," the 50-year-old told Ruhr Nachrichten.
"However, the player [De Bruyne] wants to join us," he added.
