thumbnail Hello,

The Rossoneri boss has insisted that the club will not consider selling any of its star players this summer as he looks to rebuild his squad.

Massimiliano Allegri has dismissed rumors that AC Milan is ready to cash in on Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva in the summer transfer window.

The Brazil international is being heavily linked with Manchester City and Barcelona, while the prolific Swedish striker has also been linked with a move away from the Rossoneri.

Nevertheless, Allegri has made it clear that Milan has no intention to let go of its star players.

"The club and the president are keen to maintain Milan at a high level. Ibrahimovic and Thiago will remain here," the head coach stated to Milan Channel. "Thiago is young and Ibrahimovic can also give a lot. They are two champions on which Milan can build their basis for the future.

"The club is only working on replacing those players who have left."

Milan has already secured the services of Riccardo Montolivo and Bakaye Traore for next season, but has seen the likes of Alessandro Nesta, Clarence Seedorf, Mark van Bommel depart.
