That's it from me Harry Slavin then. Until next time, thanks for joining me this evening and a goodbye!
FULL-TIME: JUVENTUS 2-2 GALATASARAY. An incredible finish in the Juventus Stadium sees Juventus snatch defeat from the jaws of victory as they throw away a hard-fought turnaround. Galatasaray will be pleased with the point and it keeps them alive in Group B.
90' + 4'
Llorente!! That was the chance to snatch it. Tevez's shot pinballs around the box an drops at the feet of the Spaniard, but he can only poke his effort wide.
90' + 2'
It takes an important block from Chiellini to prevent Bruma playing through Bulut a second time! Two minutes left...
There will be FOUR minutes of added time. Surely we're all out of drama now?!
GOOOAAALLL!!! BULUT EQUALISES INSTANTLY!!! Just when Juve thought the job was done, this happens. The Bianconeri faithful are still celebrating as Drogba rises and flicks the ball on for Umut Bulut to lift the ball beyond Buffon. Incredible.
GOOOAAALLL!!! THE TURNAROUND IS COMPLETE!!!! The original free kick is short to Tevez, but as the Argentine's shot is blocked, Pirlo follows the ball and delivers his best cross of the night, putting the ball on a plate for Qaugliarella to stoop and head home.
Foul by Drogba inside his own half. Pirlo is standing over it...
The Bianconeri fans are on their feet and the ball is in the back of the net, but it won't count. Tevez times his runs a fraction out and is caught offside before he can square for an unmarked Llorente to tap in.
Juventus deserve the equaliser on their dominance in possession, but not a lot else. Their finishing has been woeful and in actual fact, I can't remember Muslera being forced into a decent save.
Yellow CardGökhan Zan
Juventus can smell blood now. A low cross is toed wide by Llorente as the Italians come forward again. This could be a long 10 minutes for the visitors.
Penalty GoalArturo Vidal
GOOOAAALLL!!! VIDAL LEVELS!!! It's a soft, soft penalty, but Arturo Vidal has dispatched it with aplomb. There is contact between Amrabat and Quagliarella but the Italian has certainly made the most of it. Still, the referee seemed sure, and so does Vidal as he whips the spot kick into the top corner, sending Muslera the wrong way.
PENALTY!!! Amrabat brings down Quagliarella and Juventus have been handed a lifeline!
Under 15 minutes left for Juve to get themselves back into this. Galatasaray have barely been out of their half, but they haven't been troubled.
Another substitution for the visitors as Sneijder slowly makes his way off the park to be replaced by Bulut.
Asamoah goes down on the right hand side of the box. The winger wants a penalty, and so do the fans, but the referee sees nothing untoward. To be perfectly honest, neither did I.
Yellow CardNéstor Muslera Micol
A booking for time-wasting for the Galatasaray keeper. There's still a good 20 minutes left and there'll be a good chunk more time-wasting to come if Galatasaray are to hold out here.
Almost an instant impact from Llorente! The Spaniard rises above the Galatasaray defence - the first time any Bianconeri player has done so all evening - but his header is narrowly over the bar. That will undoubtedly give the side a bit of lift though.
Could this turn Juve's luck? Fernando Llorente comes on for Bonucci as Conte finally throws some height into the attack.
A bit of concern for Didier Drogba here after he heads away the corner. He goes down instantly and the referee stops play for a head injury. Galatasaray really cannot afford to lose him for the final stages here.
Pogba bursts into the box and wins another corner for the Bianconeri. Pirlo's deliveries have been somewhat disappointing this evening but to be fair he doesn't have much height to aim at.
Galatasaray look comfortable at the moment but they're beginning to struggle to clear their lines. There is no decent out ball for the Turkish side at the moment and they'll need one if they are to have a genuine shot at holding this lead.
Substitution for Galatasaray as Amrabat comes on for the tiring Albert Riera.
Another stinging effort from Vidal, this time it flies over the bar rather than wide.Third time lucky?
Vidal lets the ball drop out of the air and sends a fizzing volley just wide of Muslera's left-hand upright. It's better from the Chilean, and from Juventus, but it's still another shot off target.
I'm starting to see why Juventus failed to score more than one goal last time out with 27 efforts. Quagliarella and Pogba are the latest to smash hopeful efforts way off target.
To run at goal with that much intent and produce a finish like that has to be applauded. Felipe Melo has acres of room to stretch his legs in the Juventus half and he duly obliges, driving through the centre before unleashing an effort that flies hopelessly wise. Looking for excuses, the Brazilian quickly bends down to tie his laces. Probably to avoid Drogba's death stares.
His side may be ahead but you wouldn't think it to look at Mancini. The Italian has barely cracked a smile all night and looks like he has other things on his mind. Plotting his long, arduous revenge on Manchester City? Or maybe he's just left the iron on?
The best and worst of Paul Pogba in one moment. The Frenchman shows a lovely touch to get away from his marker on the edge of the box but his next touch is a woeful pass aimed at Isla that sails out for a goal kick.
Isla has come on in place of Lichsteiner at the break. I'll be honest and say I wasn't aware of that, but in truth I don't think Galatasaray are either as the right winger is given plenty of space to drive down the right and cut back for Vidal, but the Chilean fires over wildly.
Back underway we go! Juventus kick off and are immediately on the attack. Pogba goes down on the edge of the area but the referee isn't interested.
The sides are both back out at Juventus Stadium. Antonio Conte has taken his place on the sideline and is stroking his chin poignantly. Can his side salvage their Champions League campaign in the next 45 minutes?
Mancini saw his Manchester City side face Juventus twice in the Europa League back in 2010. They had to come from behind to claim a 1-1 draw on both occasions. Tonight, it's the Bianconeri who need to spark a comeback.
I don't think Roberto Mancini will be too disappointed by his first 45 minutes in charge of Galatasaray. They've limited Juventus so far to speculative efforts and all the best opportunities have fallen to the visitors. Can they keep it up in the second period though?
HALF-TIME: JUVENTUS 0-1 GALATASARAY. Didier Drogba has proven himself season after season in this competition and he is giving Juventus a real tutorial tonight in taking chances. Tevez has looked bright for the hosts but there has been a lack of real opportunities for them, despite the possession.
Asamoah leathers a shot towards goal from inside the box but it doesn't even phase Muslera, the ball sticking to his hands like glue. Quagliarella then sees his flicked effort stopped by the Uruguayan keeper after he connects with Lichsteiner's cross. It's all Juventus now.
Hakan Balta stops a promising looking run from Lichtsteiner with an impressively timed tackle. The hosts are trying to force a leveler here before the break.
Drogba is causing Conte's side all sorts of problems. He muscles his way into the area once more. This time though, attracting the attention of just about every black and white shirt on the pitch, he clips the ball to an unmarked Sneijder at the back post, but the Dutchman can only lash his volley over.
Another effort from Tevez! This boy does not like going behind. This time he shoots from further out but his effort swerves wide of Muslera's upright.
Juventus look for a quick response through Tevez. His shot is blocked behind for a corner as the hosts look to hit back immediately.
GOOAAALLLL!!! DROGBA FOR GALA!!! You cannot give this man a chance like that. Leonardo Bonucci get's himself in an awful mess and can't clear. The Ivorian steals in and nicks the ball from the centre-back before nudging the ball bast Buffon and firing into an empty net. Advantage Galatasaray!
Another corner for Juventus but it's a very casual approach from Pirlo and he puts it straight into the first man at the front post. A very frustrating set piece.
Pirlo is beginning to find a bit of space in the middle and being given the freedom to pick out those deadly passes. He almost threads Lichtsteiner through but the right-back can't bring the ball under control.
Those two changes will have come as a blow for both teams. Neither will have wanted to change things up this early and Juventus especially have lost a key attacking threat.
Penalty appeal! The Bianconeri attack down the left and Pogba feeds in Tevez. The Argentine slides the ball across the box looking for the newly arrived Quagliarella but he can only divert his effort wide, while claiming he was having his shirt tugged by Zan.
It appears Vucinic wasn't the only one struggling with an injury and central defender Semih Kaya is off for the visitors and Gokhan Zan is on at the back.
That is indeed the end of Vucinic's evening and Quagliarella comes on up top.
Drogba tussles with Barzagli and is penalised again. That looked a little harsh, seemed like a good old-fashioned 50-50 to me.
OUCH!!! Bad news for the home side as it looks as though Vucinic's evening is over. Pirlo plays in the striker over the top but after a tidy first touch he pulls up and immediately raises his hand. That looks ominous for the Montenegrin.
Juventus know only too well the dangers that the Ivorian can pose in front of goal. Drogba was on target in both games when the Bianconeri met Chelsea in the 2008/09 campaign.
DROGBA!!! He is still a massive threat in this competition and he almost opens the scoring here, latching on to a through-ball and forcing Buffon into a smart stop from a tight angle. That shot was rifled at the Italian keeper's near post.
Juventus are looking to build up momentum now and they're trying to move the ball wide on every occasion. Pirlo is constantly looking for Asamoah with the long diagonal ball. He's yet to find the million dollar pass just yet though.
Paul Pogba is fast growing a reputation for being one of the more extravagant players in Europe but he's left with egg on his chin here as he he fails woefully with an acrobatic effort, missing the ball completely and landing a little ungracefully on the Turin turf. Something tells that won't deter him in the future though.
Didier Drogba may not be part of one of the top European leagues any longer but he is still looking his usual commanding self, announcing his presence by bustling Vidal off the ball, albeit unfairly in the referee's eyes.
First half chance of the game and it's for the hosts. Wesley Sneijder is given time to take the ball on his chest but he rushes his volley and in the end is chested confidently back to the keeper by Pogba.
It's been a fairly tepid opening in Turin, with both sides trying to feel the other out at the moment. Mancini certainly isn't looking to make any early statement here.
A lot of the more well-traveled players in the Galatasaray side will have come up against Juventus before. Not many of them, if any, will have experienced the relatively new Juventus Stadium.
It's noisy in Turin, as you'd expect. The Bianconeri overcame local rival Torino at the weekend in the Turin derby and the players have started with confidence this evening, they're stroking the ball around nicely at the moment.
It's been almost 10 years since these sides last met in European competition. On that occasion Juventus squeezed to a 2-1 victory thanks to a double from club legend Alessandro Del Piero.
We are up and running in Turin! Galatasaray get us underway in their all-red kit.
GALATASARAY: (4-2-3-1) Muslera; Eboue, Kaya, Chedjou, Riera; Melo, Inan; Balta, Sneijder, Bruma; Drogba.
JUVENTUS: (3-3-2-2) Buffon; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Lichtsteiner, Pirlo, Asamoah; Vidal, Pogba; Vucinic, Tevez.
We aren't far from kick off so let's get those starting line-ups from Turin. We'll start with the hosts.
Juventus, on the other hand, have fairly flown out of the blocks in Serie A. Antonio Conte's men have dropped just two points so far this season. A frustrating draw in Denmark against Copenhagen in their opening Group B tie has handed the intiative to Real Madrid though, and the Bianconeri will be hoping for a better performance in front of goal this evening after netting just once from 27 shots last time around.
Galatasaray have had a torrid start to the season, so after just one win in their opening six league encounters and a full-scale tonking at the hands of Real Madrid on the opening day of the Champions League, it is little wonder they parted company with Fatih Terim. And as replacements go, Mancini isn't too shabby a successor.
It is set for a pretty spicy evening in Turin as Juventus, with Tevez leading the frontline, take on Galatasaray, who have Roberto Mancini at the helm for the first time this evening. I'm Harry Slavin and I'll be here to take you through all the action from Juventus Stadium. I'd stick around if I were you, there could be a lot of it.
Roberto Mancini and Carlos Tevez. Now there is a pairing that has brought us memorable Champions League clashes in the past. Tonight they cross paths in the competition once more, only this time they're in opposite teams.
