Chelsea are set to sell Marco van Ginkel to PSV Eindhoven in the next 48 hours after the clubs reached an agreement for the midfielder to move, Goal understands.
The Netherlands international has two years left to run on his current Chelsea deal but Antonio Conte has made it clear that he doesn't think Van Ginkel is ready for the first team.

PSV will be allowed to sign Van Ginkel but there are final negotiations taking place about whether Chelsea will accept a permanent package or let the 24-year-old join the Dutch club for a third loan spell.
The £10 million asking price is too much for PSV but they are willing to insert a favourable buy-back clause to bring the price down to around £6m.
If Van Ginkel is loaned again to PSV, the club will get an option to buy him at the end of the deal which would include the same buy-back clause.

Chelsea signed Van Ginkel from Vitesse for £8m in 2013 but he has only made four appearances for the west London club. He has spent time on loan at AC Milan and Stoke City in addition to his two spells at PSV.
Van Ginkel exclusively told Goal in March that PSV tried to sign him permanently last summer but that Chelsea rejected the offer.
He is currently training under Chelsea manager Conte at Cobham Training Centre ahead of the new season but he will leave for the Netherlands soon.
Chelsea will also sell 19-year-old academy player Mukhtar Ali to Vitesse on a three-year-deal after his six-month loan spell there last season.
