'Ask him who he watched' - Yarmolenko on Mourinho scouting reports

Dynamo Kyiv winger Andriy Yarmolenko responded sharply to reporters when asked if he knew why Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was in the stands to watch Ukraine's 1-0 defeat to Spain on Monday.

Mourinho was spotted on camera at the Euro 2016 qualifying match, leading to speculation that the Blues boss may have been scouting Yarmolenko ahead of a possible move in the upcoming transfer window.

But when asked about the former Real Madrid and Inter manager's presence at the game, the Dynamo winger rebuffed reporters, telling them to ask Mourinho why he chose to attend the match.

“Mourinho was at this game? I don’t know what to say, when would I know why he came," the 25-year-old winger told television channel Futbol 1

"I didn’t know that he was at the match, I was thinking about other stuff - like the important game with Spain.

"Ask him who he watched."

Yarmolenko, who has over 50 caps for his country, won the second Ukrainian Premier League title of his career with Dynamo last season, returning to the Champions League group stages this campaign.
