The Serie A champions were initially due to fly to Barcelona at 13.30GMT, but an air traffic controllers' strike in France has caused the flight to be delayed.
The players are currently at the club's training facility waiting for news, but La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the team's flight has been pushed back to 14.30GMT.
It is believed that instead of flying over France, the plane will travel over Sardinia on its way to Barcelona.
Milan are looking to secure a victory or a score draw from the match at Camp Nou after the first leg ended in a goalless stalemate.
