"I knew a couple of the lads from England youth internationals and I pretty much know everyone already. I've just got to get to know the staff now! I'm very happy to be here."
A brace from Jon Obika and a goal a piece from Tom Carroll, Andros Townsend and Iago Falque saw the north London outfit kick off Phase Two of their Under-21s Premier League campaign in style, in a display which pleased the defender.
"It was a difficult game because of the conditions but that didn't faze us, we were still able to play our football and score the goals," he observed.
"It was great to play in the friendly last week, playing 60 minutes there, and I played 90 minutes against Wolves. I've now got to build on that."
