PSV Eindhoven and Sunderland continue to be interested in Australia international Tommy Oar, according to reports in the Netherlands.
Attacking midfielder Oar, 21, has had his best season at FC Utrecht since joining from A-League club Brisbane Roar, contributing five assists in 17 games in all competitions.
Reports surfaced last Wednesday that his form had alerted Utrecht's title-chasing Eredivisie rivals PSV and English Premier League outfit Sunderland and Scottish club Celtic in January, and Voetbal International believes the interest from the former two is still strong.
"It's nice to hear that other clubs look at you, because that probably means you're doing well, but I don't have any concrete news," Oar said when the speculation first arose.
"For now I don't take all the stories seriously, but if something interesting comes up that would, of course, be nice. But I'm certainly not chasing a transfer. After this season, I am still have two years in my contract at Utrecht and I want to continue my development."
Oar is not the only Utrecht player said to be a transfer target in January, with both forward Jacob Mulenga and left-back Danny Bulthuis - a positional rival for Oar's countryman Michael Zullo - also linked with Premier League clubs.
