Brisbane Roar have temporarily jumped into sixth spot and kept their finals' hopes alive with a 3-1 away win against Perth Glory.
With both sides out to give themselves a chance of creeping into the six, Glory started on the right foot as Adam Taggart chipped Jamie Young from distance in the 24th minute after the Roar keeper left his box.
Subbed on for Brett Holman after the goal, Henrique would have an immediate impact slotting past Liam Reddy on half an hour before Thomas Kristensen put Brisbane 2-1 up before halftime.
Henrique would add another in the second stanza as Perth had a Diego Castro penalty saved by Young after he had fouled Andy Keogh in the box.
Taggart would force home a late second for Glory as they chased an unlikely point and would be unable to breakdown a desperate Roar defence.
