Australia's exploits at the World Cup appear have put at least one Socceroo in the shop window, with Udinese looking to sign Tommy Oar from FC Utrecht.

According to Goal's sources in Italy, the new coach of the Serie A side, former Internazionale boss Andrea Stramaccioni, has specifically targeted Oar.

The former Brisbane Roar man, who has started both of Australia's matches so far at Brazil 2014, is believed to be available for 2.5 million euros from his Dutch club.

Despite veteran Antonio di Natale opting to play on for one more season, Stramaccioni is set to oversee an overhaul of Udinese's forward line, with Colombian Luis Muriel tipped to join Sevilla.

Still only 22, Oar has already made 83 league appearances for Utrecht since signing for the Eredivisie side in 2010.
