Watford have completed the signing of Manchester United goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak on an emergency loan until the end of the season.

The shot-stopper has been with the Red Devils for the last five-and-a-half years, but made his bow into English football after arriving at West Brom in 2004 from German outfit Hertha Berlin.

Kuszczak has appeared for United 32 times since 2006, which included six apps during an initial season-long loan at Old Trafford.

The Pole will wear the No. 35 shirt for the Hornets and joined up with the rest of the team on Tuesday afternoon after the necessary paperwork was complete.

Watford have dealt with United before when it comes to goalkeepers, after the Championship outfit borrowed Ben Foster for two campaigns between 2005 and 2007.
