The 24-year-old striker has been linked with a potential move to several sides, including Bayern Munich.
But Klopp says nothing has changed as yet, and that Lewandowski will remain with Dortmund for the foreseeable future.
"There is nothing new to discuss," the Dortmund boss told reporters.
"I couldn't talk to him this week so I can't say anything new."
Meanwhile, Dortmund midfielder Kevin Grosskreutz has signed a new deal that will see him remain with the club until 2016.
