Premier League Team of the Week: Super Sissoko stars again as Newcastle defeat Chelsea

Premier League Team of the Week: Super Sissoko stars again as Newcastle defeat Chelsea

Latest Bayern do not want to weaken Dortmund by buying Lewandowski, says Hoeness Previous

Fellow Magpies Davide Santon and Steven Taylor also make the cut, with Tottenham's Gareth Bale and Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge impressing this weekend

Newcastle new boy Moussa Sissoko stars in our TOTW once again after his double defeated Chelsea to cap a fine home debut for the France international.

The 23-year-old is joined by fellow team-mates Davide Santon and Steven Taylor in the XI after Alan Pardew's men came from behind to defeat the Blues 3-2 on Saturday afternoon.

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge makes his second appearance in our side since moving to Merseyside, with his goal amongst a host of stunning strikes in Sunday's 2-2 draw at Manchester City.

Tottenham wideman Gareth Bale features for the second week on the bounce after scoring another fantastic solo effort to defeat West Brom 1-0.

Christian Benteke also lines up in attack following Aston Villa's 3-3 away draw against Everton, while Toffees double-goalscorer Marouane Fellaini notches an incredible seventh appearance in our side this season.

A goal for Andy Carroll in West Ham's 1-0 win over Swansea sees him complete our forward trio.

Reading wideman Jimmy Kebe scored twice to secure a vital 2-1 win for the Royals against Sunderland to make his second appearance in our TOTW this season, and he is joined in our XI by team-mate Ian Harte in defence.

Swansea shot-stopper Gerhard Tremmel rounds off our side, keeping out fellow goalkeepers Asmir Begovic, Mark Bunn and Julio Cesar, while Luke Shaw, Jobi McAnuff and Juan Mata are all unfortunate to miss out.
