Remi Garde's side currently lead the Ligue 1 table by three points and will travel to the Parc des Princes on Sunday to face the Parisians, who will be looking to close the gap with the help of their Sweden international.
"He's a monster, a phenomenon," Bisevac told reporters at a press conference. "He can unlock the game at any time. His team are not the same without him."
The Serbian stopper then discussed his working relationship with Ibrahimovic and used the opportunity to lavish yet more praise on the forward.
"Sometimes we exchange text messages," he added. "He is a great guy, a competitor. We spent a whole month and a half when he arrived in Paris and I was still there.
"He is the star. He has won everything. He has this obsession about winning."
Kick-off in the French capital is scheduled for 21:00CET.
