The Basque side languish in 14th position currently but Muniain remains positive ahead of this week's clash at Camp Nou.
"It is always nice to take on Barcelona. We travel to Camp Nou with the intention of getting a positive result," the attacker told El Mundo Deportivo.
"There is not really a formula to beat them, but we can get a good result if we are on top of our game and work hard for each other.
"We cannot afford to give them any opportunities. We are slowly getting back the feeling from last season. Nobody can cause a team as much trouble as we can."
Saturday's match is scheduled to kick off at 20:00CET.
