The Italy international is co-owned by the two Serie A sides, and has spent the last couple of seasons at the Stadio Ennio Tardini, drawing plaudits for his performance.
Despite impressing for Roberto Donadoni's men, it is yet unclear whether he will return to Juventus for next term, and the 25-year-old has admitted to being in the dark about his future.
"I do not know what my future holds," the skilful attacker confessed to Sky Sport Italia.
"There is still a co-ownership to be resolved, but we will see in the end.
"It has been a good year, we have won our last six games and tomorrow we will try to finish at our best in front of our fans.
"Donadoni's arrival was important and gave us the mentality that maybe we were missing. Too bad it was a little too late," he concluded.
Giovinco has made 35 appearances for Parma in Serie A this season, netting 15 goals.
