FULL TIME; PERTH GLORY 2, BRISBANE ROAR 2 - It's all over at nib Stadium and both teams should be well pleased with their efforts. How much of the Brisbane Roar we actually saw tonight given their upcoming ACL campaign may be a valid question though as they appeared to take their foot off late. For the Glory, they'll be well pleased with fighting back to grab a share of the points as the battle for Finals spots ends all-square. An entertaining bout sees us at 2-2 at the final whistle.
90' + 2' CHANCE - This is almost a carbon copy of the Glory's last venture into these parts as Castro again takes free kick responsibility. With yet another curling effort, this one's heading towards the near post with venom. Holman and Djulbic both go up to contend the effort however the latter's penalised for an unnecessary foul. Brisbane escape.
90' Six minutes of added time is confirmed at nib Stadium.
88' SAVED - Crazy 'keeping once more from Theo as Borrello concedes a foul deep inside Perth's left channel. With Castro delivering a wicked bending effort into the middle, Theo palms it clear before Chianese fails to prod it home from the far post. That was THE chance Perth were after.
86' CHANCE - Broich is at his cunning best once more as he collects and treads nimbly across the top of the box. Looking to release a reverse ball, D'Agostino makes a late run towards the pass but clatters into the back of Lowry in the process. Lowry gives him a spray for his effort too; perhaps unfairly.

83' Djlubic's been rock-solid for the Glory as Borrello thunders down the right wing for Brisbane. Closing in on the byline, Borrello sends over a powerful cross which looks to be delivered to D'Agostino however Djulbic slides early and clears for Perth.

76' SAVED - Theo certainly saw this one though as the Glory work the ball around slowly on the edge of their area. With Taggart taking it under his control, he shifts the ball onto his right and duly cracks off a fierce volley. Heading towards the right corner at speed, Theo sees it late and tips it around the post. Great 'keeping.
73' SAVED - Not sure that Theo really had too much of an idea where this shot came from as Castro lurks with intent. Turning defenders inside and out, Castro powers a low shot towards home from an acute angle. Looking to deflect late off Kristensen, Theo swats instinctively and bats the ball away from danger.
71' HANDBALL SHOUT - Well then. Brisbane should essentially have a penalty kick as Borrello looks to drive in a low ball from the top of the box. Sliding to ground though in an effort to stop it is Djulbic and as he turns his body, the ball collects his hand. Not awarded though; play on.

68' SUBSTITUTION ROAR - Maclaren OFF
66' CHANCE - More fortunate defending on display as Mills cuts back a neat ball for Castro. Collecting in the left side of the box, Castro sends over an inviting cross which looks to be dropping for Harold at the far post. Jumping early however is McKay who sees his touch take the ball away from Harold and out of play.
63' Brisbane continuing to press as Broich turns sublimely in midfield before finding himself in space 35 yards out. With Borrello making a promising run inside, the pass from Broich is spot on however Borrello's run is a touch off. Fair little half-chance goes begging for the Roar. Still 2-2 with 63 minutes played.
61' PENALTY SHOUT - To be honest it's probably not there but it's worth asking the question in either case. With Castro doing well to pressure the Roar defence into an error, he closes in on the left side of the box. With Pepper hustling and bustling, he collides with Castro and brings him to ground. All accidental; no malice. Play on.
59' SAVED!!  - This SHOULD have buried. Pure and simple. Straight fact. With Holman's first touch of the game, he scythes a pass between Williams and Djulbic and into the path of Maclaren. With the latter jetting off, he draws out Reddy, closes to within 12 yards out and smashes his volley straight into Reddy's outstretched leg. Terrific save.

56' SUBSTITUTION ROAR - Oar OFF
54' CHANCE - Perth go millimetres of snatching the lead as Marinkovic's run down the right sees him closing in on the byline. Whipping a low cross into the near post, Djlubic misses a tap-in as DeVere somehow gets himself in the way and sees the ball out. On closer inspection, DeVere had no idea about it.
52' Brisbane not resting in attack by any stretch as Broich brings out an overhead flick in an attempt to release Maclaren. With the pass scuffed behind, it's Oar who gathers and looks up front for Borrello however the latter's run is flagged offside. Lineball but ultimately correct for mine.
Goal
49' GOAL GLORY; PERTH GLORY 2, BRISBANE ROAR 2 - This is quite stunning build up from the Glory as they draw level. With Risdon coming down the right, he lays off a ball for Castro inside the area. With Castro playing a backpass to Harold, the latter could shoot but elects to centre it for Taggart to stab it home from point blank range. Crisp movement; beautiful.
46' Underway in the second half at nib Stadium.
HALF TIME; PERTH GLORY 1, BRISBANE ROAR 2 - We're done for the first half at nib Stadium and this one has opened up late-on to develop into an absorbing battle. With both sides a little slow to get going, it would be Maclaren who opened the scoring with a lovely controlled shot from close range. Perth would then hit back with a controversial goal of their own to Marinkovic where the ball had rolled out of play in the lead-up. Prior to the break, a beautiful team goal resulted in Ingham sliding it across Reddy from 15 yards and duly, Brisbane lead this one 2-1 at the interval.
Yellow Card
43' YELLOW CARD ROAR - Ever since his early yellow card, Harold's been in for a torrid time as Pepper now slides in to take him down heavily. Perth win themselves a free kick for the effort however at this rate, Harold's going to be pretty sick and sore tomorrow. He's being pounded..
Goal
41' GOAL ROAR; PERTH GLORY 1, BRISBANE ROAR 2 - What an immaculate response from Brisbane as they regain their one-goal cushion. With patient play seeing the ball stroked around calmly, the ball's worked across the top of the box from Borrello to Maclaren and then to Ingham. With Ingham finding Broich, the latter squares it back for Ingham to slide across Reddy from 15 yards.
Yellow Card
39' YELLOW CARD ROAR - For his effort in protesting the decision that saw Perth's goal stand, Theo now finds himself in the book as he picks up yellow. Not wanting to harp on the effort too much but Theo was within his own right to protest the goal. Ball was clearly over the byline before being hooked back into play.
Goal
37' GOAL GLORY; PERTH GLORY 1, BRISBANE ROAR 1 - Controversy. Perth draw level but it's not without its fair share of drama as Castro chases down a ball towards the byline. With his cross turned back to Marinkovic, he produces a stunning effort from the top of the box which rifles into the top right corner. Replays confirm the ball had previously rolled out of play though. Goal stands.
34' CHANCE - Slow and steady build up from Perth as they search for the leveller. With Mills freeing himself inside the left channel, his run sees him closing in on the byline. Sending in a low cross for Taggart, it's turned out with great timing by a desperate North. Glory win themselves the corner.
Goal
31' GOAL ROAR; PERTH GLORY 0, BRISBANE ROAR 1 - Clinical finishing on display as Broich brings the ball under control inside the left channel. Lifting his head to curl in a sweet cross, it falls awkwardly for Maclaren. Keeping his eye on the ball, Maclaren lashes at the ball and strokes it into the bottom left corner despite a mangled first touch.
29' SAVED - Slick counter from the Roar as Broich releases a backpass which enables to Caletti to angle a ball across field. Finding Maclaren, he angles into the box and lets fly with a low drive which is destined for the bottom left corner. Reddy does enough however to push it out, handing Brisbane a corner.
26' PENALTY SHOUT - Fair shouts for a spot kick to be given as Castro and Harold combine to push Perth forward. With the former receiving, he continues an angled run into the right side of the box where DeVere grabs his shirt and pulls him back. Somehow the effort's allowed to pass.
Yellow Card
23' YELLOW CARD GLORY - It's getting a little bit of a workout at the moment is the yellow card as Gillett has it ready for this effort. With Broich flying down the left on a Brisbane counter, Djulbic clearly angles across to impede the run and duly picks up his first. Messy challenge but it broke up the counter.
Yellow Card
21' YELLOW CARD ROAR - Bit of a rare sight to see Broich picking up a card but he has on this occasion. Making a meal of his control in midfield, he lunges in desperately in an attempt to win the ball back but hacks down Harold in the process. No malice in the effort; Broich's quick to apologise.
19' CHANCE - Almost something from nothing for the Roar as Oar plays a wicked first time cross from the left corner of the box. Falling into dangerous territory six yards out, Maclaren opts for a first time volley and sends it millimetres wide of the near post. Reddy was absolutely beaten too.
16' Brisbane building nicely as Broich and Ingham pull the strings on a forward foray. With a ball delivered across to Borrello, he goes back into the right channel where DeVere tries to pick out Maclaren. It's the right idea but the pass is a little too heavy and floats out of play.
13' Oar's again the outlet for the Roar as Broich lifts his head in midfield and tries to loft a ball into his path. With the ball dropping for Oar, Djlubic angles over closely in defence and duly shuts the raid down. Brisbane, slowly, starting to work their way into the contest.
10' The counter looks to be on for all money for the Roar as Oar speeds off down the left. With Wilson for company, Oar looks to be breaking free before Wilson reels him in with 40 yards to spare to put the ball out of play. Bit of a cagey opening between these two; no real opportunities as yet.
7' McKay's returned to the fray for the Roar who battled valiantly with 10 men whilst he was off the field. With his jersey soaked in blood, it's been replaced and McKay's been strapped up with acres of bandages as he sprints back on with a broken nose. Tough.
5' Nice build up play from the Glory as Castro applies his craft down the left channel. Beating Ingham twice, Castro turns in a cross which Taggart can't manage to control in front of goal before the ball's turned back to Mills who ultimately loses possession.
Yellow Card
2' YELLOW CARD GLORY - First card inside the first three minutes of play as Harold moves backwards towards an aerial contest. Turning blindly towards McKay, Harold clips the Roar midfielder in the nose and duly receives yellow. McKay looks to have a broken nose.
1' Our referee for tonight is Jarred Gillett and with temperatures still in their 30s, we're underway in Perth. It's the Roar with first usage and moving from right to left in the first half..
