Samuel Kalu on target in Gent’s 5-2 win

Samuel Kalu scored in Gent's 5-2 victory over Zulte Waregem in a Belgian Championship playoff encounter on Wednesday.

The 19-year-old winger scored in the 59th minute to put his side three-goal up after first half efforts from Kalifa Coulibaly and Kenneth Saief had given them a 2-0 lead.

Coulibaly registered his brace two minutes later with Waregem’s Mbaye Leye and Henrik Dalsgaard consolatory strikes coming at the ends of Yaya Kubo’s goal which sealed the comprehensive victory for the Blue-Whites.
