The Brazil star has been sidelined since Barca’s 2-0 win away to Getafe on January 16 after spraining his ankle in the first half of the Copa del Rey match.
Having missed the Blaugrana's previous eight matches, the 22-year-old is now poised to make his comeback after being included in coach Gerardo Martino's squad for this weekend's fixture.
"Tomorrow we'll resolve how best to insert Neymar [into the team]," Martino said at a press conference.
"He looks good, I've never seen him in a bad mood."
Neymar has scored 11 goals in all competitions for Barcelona since making the move from Santos last summer.
On Tuesday he was named in Luiz Felipe Scolari’s squad for the Gillette Brasil Global Tour date with South Africa in Johannesburg on March 5.
