Midfielder Azidan Sarudin has joined former Malaysia internationals Khyril Muhymeen and Syamsuri Mustafa at AirAsia FC, announced the airline tycoon Tony Fernandes-owned side.

Former Pahang and Selangor midfielder Azidan Sarudin has joined AirAsia FC for training and will play for them in the FAM Cup, announced the club on Thursday.
The 30-year old had been released by the Elephants at the end of the 2015 season after a three-year spell with them, and then a return to the Red Giants fell through as he did not pass his medical.
He was then reportedly signed by another of his former team, Premier League side Kuala Lumpur, but was then let go without making a single appearance for the City Boys due to his injury.
At the third-division side, Azidan has joined several other former top league players and former Malaysia internationals, such as forward Khyril Muhymeen Zambri and goalkeeper Syamsuri Mustafa.
The club also announced the loan signing of 22-year old striker K. Satish from PKNS. Satish had previously been a youth player at Selangor.
The airline tycoon Tony Fernandes-owned Red Jets are currently fourth in Group A of the FAM Cup, on target to a earn a place in the playoff stage, for promotion to the Premier League and the cup title.
